Wonderful, friendly professional staff. Excellent breakfast options: fresh, and a wide variety of choices. We loved our stay. My only complaint, and it's a minor one, is that the bed was quite soft and a bit noisy when you moved around.

We stayed only one night but it was conveniently located to family living in the city. Lots of free parking. Our late arrival was efficiently looked after by the front desk. Our king bedroom was very clean with a kitchenette. Our bed was bit soft and pillows could be upgraded. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and there was a good variety of items to choose from. We will definitely use this Hampton hotel again!

Old building that smells like all the rooms used to be smoking rooms, the AC doesn’t work properly and you can’t open a window to let fresh air in as all the windows are sealed units. You really can’t breathe. Also, the cutlery is dreadful and actually hurts your mouth to use: spoons hold no liquid and forks break upon use. Zero recycling which is equally sad. Food & service great, but you can eat anything properly due to terrible’eco’ cheap cutlery.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night and it was great. We didn’t utilize any of the services like the pool or breakfast, but our room was very clean and spacious. The lady who checked us out was delightful. However the man who checked us in at night gave us a bit of a hard time. When we inquired about the safety deposit, he told us it was $100, however we were definitely being charged over $100. He kept saying it was the system who was doing that but that’s not a very valid excuse… why tell us it’s $100 for the deposit but the system is charging us more? He got defensive and raised his voice and wasn’t giving us a clear answer. Aside from our interaction with him, our stay was good.
