The room was clean with good fresh linen. However the windows, and the outside table could do with a wash. The property is starting to show it's age, the toilet seat and the grout, if not the tiles, in the shower could do with being replaced.

This property was clean and very affordable. We only spent a night there, but we had 2 bedrooms and it was spotless throughout. Staff were very friendly and check in/out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Warm welcome. Property looked run down and shabby from the outside but inside it had everything we needed for a quiet comfortable stay. Town was very quiet, like a ghost town.

Very clean ,hot showers , quiet , it would be the best place to stay in Millicent , it’s a shame the restaurant was closed as meals in the town are not great, especially with all the great local produce around , I would always stay there when working in that area .

This property has seen better days. It’s dated, smelly and dirty. Furniture around the pool has bird droppings all over it and stuffing coming out of the upholstery. The restaurant has been close down for a long time. It in no way looks like the picture. We booked a deluxe room but was downgraded to a room with a double bed because our room had been raided by the police the day before and the door to the room had not been repaired! We were not compensated for the downgrade. This property should not be listed on Expedia.

Fantastic service from the friendly couple running the place. Very obliging and helpful. Squawking birds in the morning a bit disturbing for a light sleeper, otherwise this was great value for money accommodation.

Disappointing
Disappointing. Very tired buildings. Cold showers were very stressful when needing to go out, my wife was very upset, bathroom not acceptable in size and style. Pool had ducks in it and dirty. Yard overgrown with lawn and high weeds. Lady at reception very nice, best part of stay. Won't go back however and would not recommend unless updated and tidied up.

Good value for the price. The room was immaculate and clean. Reasonably sized. Only the towels looked a bit dated. Nice and closed to the Tantanoola Caves (15 min drives ).

The property is in need of upgrading. Only a few rooms were upgraded but stopped due to Covid resulting in fall of business. Staff did try to make up for the negatives, I've to give them credit for trying.

Great overnight getaway
Un-exciting from the outside, but our room inside was fully renovated and exactly as the pictures showed. Complimentary continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Very friendly hosts full of great local information.
