The hotel is decent , the staff is friendly and helpful , the hotel is clean and close to shops however rooms and bath are a bit smaller than anticipated . The shower in my room was small and have a slow drain. Beds where clean and comfy . Not a bad hotel but I expect a bit more from a 4 start

Friendly staff and great amenities and location. The hotel is beautiful. We took the tram from the central station and it was very easy to find and get to.

Really nice eating area for breakfast and other meals. Unique property with very chic design. It felt very upscale. Quiet and relaxed. Soaps smelled amazing. Bathroom was beautiful. They upgraded us to a balcony room and it was very nice. We walked from the Duomo to the property at night and felt relatively safe for a city. Felt just as safe as we would in any US city we know well. Cool buildings nearby and easy to get to things.

I was only in town for one evening, but it was in a nice part of town and fairly close to many sites and restaurants. The hotel was somewhat spacious for a European room with a comfortable bed. That’s all I was looking for.

The property is exposed as high end but is only in the pics, the shower with mold and also the water did not go down in the shower. In general the hotel looks nice to view but need more attention in cleaning

The only thing this hotel has going for it would be the location. Decor is spooky. The bathroom was almost the size of the bedroom. The room reminded me of a dorm room. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. This hotel is tired, to say the least.

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Senato. Nice accommodations and fantastic breakfast spread. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 2 nights of a business trip. The location was very convenient and walkable to the Duomo area and restaurants. The staff was extremely kind and helpful when we needed them to arrange fedex pickups, restaurant recommendations and area attractions. I would definitely stay again.
