Our room (#501) was located under a service area, with workers frequently using a heavy door that was opening/shutting very frequently starting at 7 am. The door shut noise was very audible and woke us up. The management should fix this issue, or warn their customers about it. "

"We never got to stay here as despite a confirmed reservation it was full. The owner never answered the phone and expedia still haven't handled a refund or explained why its taking so long or why their comms is terrible eithet. Its been 6 days... we did have to find somewhere else to stay, in the early evening with 2 hungry kids. Quite stressful!"
