We needed a place to stay while driving across Europe. The property was dated but located at a breathtaking location. You can’t beat the location. We walked around the area and it was delightful.

A lovely, welcoming and friendly hotel. A nice location and great value. The Hotel Restaurant was not open but the staff directed us to a Restaurant at the bottom of the hill about 5 minutes away.

Old, worn out, creaky floors, staff worn out
Your hotel is far from non - smoking. We could not sit on our balcony or sleep with a window open because of smoke from neighbours smoking on their balconies adjacent. WiFi.. I reported WiFi failure to your male receptionist. He brusquely told me it was working . So, our 3 phones, laptop, chrome book, drone and camera were all faulty??? 15 minutes later I reported to him again. He was determined to prove I was wrong, but I was right! Get your "people skills" together! Then the shower went freezing cold on my wife as she was not finished washing her hair. The cold water is freezing cold. She was not happy. There is no refrigerator in the room. No jug to boil water. No tea, coffee, sugar or milk. To be greeted by the female receptionist smoking heavily in front of the Hotel entrance is not correct. Floorboards everywhere very creaky, thin walls. You have hear everyone, so when upstairs arrived back drunk at 1.30 am we had to sit in bed until 2.30 am before they quietened. Not a 3 star, but merely a 2 star hotel. Perhaps I should ask for a pro rata refund?

Comfortable room in a beautiful setting. The views are fantastic and the common areas are cosy. Make sure to get a reservation if you want to eat in the restaurant. The 24hr bar was a nice feature, but the wifi was unusable.

I got in a little late but check in was easy and friendly. I asked the manager about eating in the restaurant and he was super helpful and made me an amazing meal. The view from my balcony was spectacular.

Traditional Austrian accommodation in beautiful setting it was like a scene from a Christmas card , snow, ski slope views from the balcony . Walked down to the little centre , every house had a Christmas tree and lights outside very pretty setting.

hatten ein Dreibettzimmer reserviert, aber bei Ankunft ein Zweibettzimmer erhalten. Es wurde auf die Schnelle noch ein Bett in das kleine Zimmer hinzugefügt. Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wahrscheinlich sind durchaus schönere Zimmer im Hotel vorhanden. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren gut.

Wir verfügen über Zimmer für 2 Personen mit Schlafsofa, die je nach Buchungsart auch für 3 Personen arrangiert werden können. die Zimmermädchen hat vergessen, das dritte Bett vorzubereiten.Bei Ihrer Ankunft haben wir auch das dritte Bett vorbereitet. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Unannehmlichkeiten und wir hoffen, dass Sie trotz dieses Rückschlags einen angenehmen Aufenthalt hatten

Wir hielten für einen Zwischenstop dort und fanden es nicht so gut wie allgemein bewertet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber...aber das war es auch schon. Bad war eine Zumutung, 1.60 x1.60m! Abendessen nicht gut - trotz kleiner Karte einiges gar nicht verfügbar; und für unseren Geschmack und die Qualität viel zu teuer. Das viel gelobte Frühstück konnten wir nicht entdecken...einfacher, billiger Aufschnitt- nicht gut! Kaffee aus dem Automaten, war grausam. Hab in Österreich noch nie so "bescheiden" übernachtet!

Wir haben im Hotel Wiesenhof einen Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Italien gemacht, und haben uns fast ein bisschen gewünscht, dass wir noch eine weitere Nacht dort gehabt hätten. Besonders das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend, während das Zimmer groß genug für uns (5 Leute) war. Das Hotel steht seitdem definitiv auf unserer Merkliste.

Långsam service
Det tog ungefär en halvtimme från det att vi anlänt tills att vi ens såg någon som arbetade på hotellet, så att vi kunde checka in. Det fanns inget fungerande Wifi vid tillfället och restaurangen på hotellet var inte öppen, så det var svårt att finna nånstans att äta på kvällen. Rummen är ok men väldigt daterad inredning. Kan absolut fräschas upp med små medel.

Dear Sirs, we regret you didnt enjoy your stay. Our reception is every day open starting from 14.00 oclock for checkin in. In case of early arrival guests should inform us in advance. WLAN information to get connected are showed in front of the reception and in case of specific problem we support our guests. Our restaurant is open for our guests 6/7 days and the day off we provide full information about very good restaurant nearby, walking distance. Normally contacting the reception all those information are provided to our guests and this is even the best way to find a solution for any need our guests may have. Maybe next time this will help. Sehr nettes, familiengefuhrtes Hotel in einem kleineren Ort neben Innsbruck. Uber die Autobahn ist man in 15 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Die Landschaft ist idyllisch, inmitten von Gletschern.Das Zimmer war geraumig, mit einem Balkon und toller Aussicht. Fruhstuck ist sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Small family run hotel. A bit wear but very clean. Breakfast was ok. Had all you need and what you would eat for a day in the mountains. Costs 15 euro maybe a bit overpriced. No soap in the shower except a small tiny plastic container that is enough for a leg. So bring soap. Relaxed location just a few steps to the cabel car that take you into the mountains. Good location for other activities in Stubai. Free parking outside and pretty well priced rooms.
