A Spacious family home to escape the hustle of our fast paced lives. Situated just a 7 minute stroll from the popular surf beach at Middleton with well known Port Elliot Bakery and Currency Creek wineries a short drive away.

The Space:
Enjoy a spacious home with games for the kids, a generous backyard giving the children the opportunity to play games, swing on the toddler swing and inspect the vegetable garden before pulling fresh herbs and a few veggies from the garden for meal times. The large undercover all weather entertaining area includes outdoor setting and Weber bbq. For the adults there is also a home gym away from the family area, located at the front of the house near the front door.
For the gourmet cook, enjoy a large well equipped kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans plus the garden with herbs, rhubarb and other delights for you to help yourselves to.
An adventure playground across the road offers the children or pet a chance to burn off some energy before strolling along the boardwalk on the way to the beach to watch the sunset.
You’ll find this home spacious and inviting featuring a wood fire place in the lounge room for the cool winter nights, and a home gym setup to meet the fitness minded holiday makers.
Your family furry friend ( dog only) is also welcome on holiday with you here but must stay outside. There is plenty of shelter for your dog but youll have to bring a dog bed and food/water bowls.
We know youll enjoy your stay here as youll arrive to beds made and fresh bathroom towels ( bath mat, hand towel and face washers). You’ll find shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom and a well stocked pantry in the kitchen. The only things to pack are your personal belongings, your bath (body) towel, a beach towel and your surfboard!
Tha children too are well catered for with high chair, cot and plastic cups/plates/cutlery.
Please note that this house is very strictly NON Smoking and No parties.
One well behaved dog can stay with you but NO cats. Sorry.
