"Very disappointing experience.
The first surprise was a mandatory valet parking fee that was not clearly disclosed during booking. When I asked about alternatives, the valet attendant could not provide any other parking option. Check-in was extremely slow, and the front desk staff showed little interest in providing good customer service.
The most surprising part was finding earplugs placed on the bed. I soon understood why. The constant noise throughout the night made it nearly impossible to sleep. The noise was so bad that I ended up leaving the hotel at 5:00 AM and finding another place to stay.
Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
