It had great access to the beach. It was walkable to everything we wanted to do. It was a fun vibrant area but quiet for sleeping in the room.

I called several times to confirm they had valet at the hotel before we srrived. When we arrived, we were told there is no valet available. The parking garages in the area are closed. They told me to try another hotel. The hotels in the area said they only valet for their own guests. This is not what I expect when paying Bonvoy prices.

The room is shabby and didn’t have amenities in the bathroom and we had to request them separately . The beach service is bad and they charge you $25 for the umbrella. They were running out of towels, and so they never provided us towels at the beach on time. Not worth your money which is almost equivalent to its adjacent hotels that have better service.

Hotel is outdated. Housekeeping doesn’t clean properly. Furniture in the rooms are filthy and there is poor lighting in the rooms. Found bed bugs the first night and took videos and sent them to management. Management says pest control didn’t find any but of course they didn’t as bed bugs hides during the day and comes out at night. Beware of room 436 I feel bad for anyone that stays in that double bed room as they will take the bed bugs back home with them because they have made the room available again. First and last time staying here please do yourself a favor and book elsewhere it is not worth it.

This property was awful. There was marijuana smoke in my room; the lights were flickering, the stopper was missing from the stink, the ironing board didn't have a cover, the key card didn't work for the elevator, the front desk was so rude. The front door didn't lock and I had to go to another hotel three days into my visit because there was no maintenance to fix it! Will never stay there again!
