“Cool hotel. Nice location”

Cool hotel at a good location - walk distance from south beach (15 minutes). Charged extra $15 which weren't mentioned in Expedia... need to check this out.

“Great Hotel!!”

Very beautiful hotel. The rooms were large and beautiful with a home away from home feel. They have the total package for a family pool, continental breakfast, free airport shuttle and suites. It was definately a four star hotel feel and look and the staff were the best. I needed a crib which they were out of and they called up other hotels to get one for me. The bellboy were superb and friendly always, it had a family feel between the staff and the guest felt included. It is close to the beach and (two blocks) but was on the quieter end which made us feel like we were staying in two worlds. My family loved it and was sad when we had to move on to another hotel. This is one hotel you should take a chance on even after reading the bad reviews because it will suprize you-when I entered the lobby it was nice but I still had reservation after the lobby and you enter the room it was amazing. Take a chance.

“Wonderful Boutique Hotel”

Really nice hotel! Filled with many interesting objects and great finishing touches in the rooms, which were dark, yes, but almost refreshing considering the bright Miami sun. We would definitely head back! Great location, barely 3 minutes from the beach and all the main shopping. Wouldn't call the pool a swimming pool but it was great for a dip.

“An Honest Review”

Perfect location, beautiful hotel, friendly staff! I have never been to Miami before and I spent several hours looking for the best deal/hotel. LOCATION: The Riviera Beach suites hotel is incredible! Location is right next to A1A Collins Avenue and just a block away from the beach! and the hotel has reserved very nice beach chairs for you (just remember to get the pass at the front desk) The room: It looks just like the pictures... yes! I know it could be hard to believe, but it does have a flat screen TV, that nice wood floor, microwave, refrigerator, and it's all super clean! When I arrived to my room, there was relaxing music playing and complimentary chocolates on the bed for me. The hotel provides you with a nice beach bag too! The continental breakfast is very good! Also, the hotel will provide you with a sheet with information on where to go buy groceries if you need to, liquor, and everything else you may need for your stay. How many hotels do this? right.. this is so great! STAFF: At the fron desk, this guy named JONAS is an asset to this hotel! I asked him for directions and not only did he step out of his office, but went outside with me to show me where to go. Also, EFRAIN, the door guy goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy! I can't say enough about this hotel, I have traveled a lot and I will come back to this hotel because of the hotel, staff, and location! everything is walking distance! Thank you Riviera Suites!

“I loved this hotel: South Beach's best kept secret!”

When I came across the hotel, considering I had never heard of it before I was extremely skeptical. I looked at the pictures and thought maybe they weren't being completely honest, but when I arrived at the hotel it was better than we expected. A very chic, clean, lobby with competent and friendly staff. The location is tucked away far enough from the strip to get some peace and quiet, but close enough to get to the strip very quickly. It's best location you could ask for. All in all and great place to stay in Miami. I loved the hotel.

“CHIC+UNIQUE BOUTIQUE”

Wow! 1st word to come out of our mouths once we opened the doors to our ultra chic studio! Exactly what a Boutique Hotel is supposed to be, CHIC, UNIQUE & the price was MAGNIFIQUE! The studio felt like our own private apt with upscale amenities! I’m an interior designer & was very impressed by the high style/fashion forward modern vibe. From the cowhide rug in the living area, pierced mood inducing metal chandelier and lamp, large wall mounted LCD (one of 2 w/other in the private bedroom), a great sound system, Venetian mirror, deep blue walls against ebony stained wide planked wood floors. The gourmet kitchenette w/gloss veneer Zebra/Ebony wood European cabinets and ss appliances, Kreug Coffee Machine & stylish dining area! A great large bath w/ all the right finishes! I absolutely loved this place! The South Beach Group did not disappoint w/ their latest venture! One negative is the condition of the reception area. Not seen right away but when you’re at the small opening in the wall you see an area that looks overlooked! It doesn’t relate to the rest of the lobby. Some genius camouflaging will help hide sloppy wires on interior walls where receptionist is stationed. Total oversight of such a 1st impression spot! But the rest more than makes up for this small oversight! We hadn't even left and I was already thinking of my next stay there! Maybe then we'll be able to enjoy their equally fabulous pool area!

“Best Deal In Town”

We were more than impressed with Riviera Suites South Beach! The boutique style hotel was beautifully appointed. I believe its South Beach's hidden gem! Great location, just off Collins Ave. & Ocean Drive where all the excitement is! The suite was very big & comfortable. The pool area was complete paradise along with complimentary breakfast. The only negative was a lot of street construction outside, fortunately our room was quiet.

“Excellent Hotel!”

The location is great, excellent customer service from hotel staff. The pool is small, yet clean, and the breakfast by the pool is nice - not very diverse, however, it is free. (The only problem is parking, the hotel does not have their own, and nearby parking lot is $32 per night. The valet staff speak poor English, are not polite and drive cars as if it is rally race. )
