The way they have incorporated a Cocktail Pool Bar really sets the place off. Very nice and enjoyable. Would highly recommend The South Seas Motel

Highly recommend South Seas Motel. Excellent Family accommodation right in the heart of Merimbula. Fantastic pool and the rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Thanks Sally & team for a great stay.

Took me back to the 1970’s when this place was probably built and not changed much. Self serve your key from an unlocked box on arrival. Oasis coloured light outside the front door comes through the blinds and lights up the room and stuffy room with no windows that can open so had to use A/C all night. We won’t be back.

The managing staff were accommodating and friendly. The room was beautifully clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for walking and dining to shopping experiences. They are undergoing some renovations which should enhance the property as well.

Lovely place. Very clean, neat, lovely little touches great shower, and had all the necessities. Loved having the little kitchenette too. Would definitely stay here again.

Was only here for a night but it was a relaxing stop over. The room was simple but perfectly adequate for my needs. I loved having a couch to sit on to watch tv rather than having to sit on the bed. The pool area looked very inviting but alas the weather was not that good. Would definitely stay again.

An good stay with expected slight negs.
Stay was ok. Location of aircon wasn’t good though cause despite attempts to redirect airflow away from headboard area of bed, airflow goes to your face when sleeping. You could feel movements n hear noise across adjacent rooms and above rooms. So I’m sure it’s the same on their end as well.

Great value for money. Well equipped and cooked dinner in my room - very handy. Very clean, well maintained - good linens, good wifi. This property is a gem and the surrounding area is great!

Size of room "Family Room" Layout of room, the view from the balcony. We stayed an extra day because we loved it so much, and nearly another but we had to get home. Best place in Merimbula.

Good bathroom with everything working, adequate ventilation and lighting and a super rainforest shower head. Reasonably comfy beds with lovely linen and towels. Walk to town. Will definitely stay again.
