“His Name was Brian...”

My girlfriend dropped her Grandmother's bracelet down the drain and general manager Brian bounded in to save the day with a smile. Hotel staff where attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Good location with a short tram ride into the CBD or St Kilda. It was luxurious to come home from a long day and soak in the spa then rug up in a robe and slide into slippers. Highly recommended.
