All was good with this property, save for the balcony view which was non-existent due to the heavy grey frosted glass and the failure of the dryer, which however, was swiftly replaced upon notification.

Apologies on your balcony view as building regulations mean that certain balconies cannot view adjoining properties. A quick call to reception and we would have organised a room change if a better balcony view was available at the time. I'm glad to see that we were able to replace the dryer in your room promptly, breakdowns do unfortunately occur from time to time.Thanks so much for the the feedback and we hope to have you stay with us again.

Clean apartments.
The one bedroom apartment is well equipped and comfortable. There are not a lot of food choices around but kitchen well equipped if you want to heat stuff up. Instructions are needed for the oven. The receptionist at the time was no help. Netflix would be nice to access.

We'd agree that a few extra local food choices would be great, but we do have Highpoint Shopping center less than 10 minutes walk from the Hotel with ample choices. I'll bring up Netflix at our next feedback review meeting, but not all of our guest's use Netflix as there are so many streaming services available at the moment.Thanks again for yoiur feedback and we do hope to have you stay with us again soon!

The room we had was exceptionally quiet. No road noise or noise from other guests. Reception persons were very helpful. Parking was also easy . All up I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing night away
We really enjoyed our stay at the Quest Hotel, last minutes trip to Melbourne for just one night and we couldn’t fault this hotel. We arrived really late and after ringing and talking to reception they were amazing and very helpful. On arrival as we walked into our room there was a few snacks in the table for us which was really nice. Would stay here again

We are so pleased that you found the staff friendly as they do work hard to ensure that we provide an “effortless stay” for all our guests. I see you mentioned that the room didn’t match the photos, I went to check your specific studio apartment and the photos are a very close match to the photos on Expedia except for the carpet as we’ve had new carpet (in a lighter colour) laid throughout the hotel back in August this year.I do apologise for the fan not working in your room and I’ve already taken this to our maintenance team to have looked at, unfortunately these mechanical issues do occur from time to time without any warning for guests or our staff. You also mention other things broken in the room, would you mind replying directly to me at rdevecchi@questapartments.com.au with any feedback on what the items were so that I can get maintenance to assess and rectify asap. With smoking in the Hotel, the apartment rooms and internal common areas are all non-smoking whilst external common areas such as balconies and the BBQ terrace do allow smoking as they are outside. I do apologise if some smokers have been untidy with their cigarette butts, and yes, it’s an endless task for staff collecting these butts throughout the day. May I add that as you were uncomfortable or felt unpleasant in your room, a quick call to our friendly reception team would have sought rectify the situation by moving you to another room without much fuss. Please keep this in mind that we want you to have an “effortless experience” whilst staying with us! Thanks once again for your time, the survey score of 4/5 and the feedback you provided as it’s valuable detail that’s used to ensure that we provide a great experience to all our guests. Hope to have you back with us soon!

Reception is the first impression you have entering any establishment. Your receptionist was rude and not welcoming in any way. Not a good start.

Great Apartments
This was our second stay in a one-bedroom apartment as it is close to family. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable with the reception staff always friendly and helpful. We have not explored any restaurants nearby or needed public transport.

Good for business - just remember your charger.
Is a nice pleasant place to stay. Room is very spacious with small kitchen and a desk for working. The TV is not well situated on a side wall, as the bracket it is mounted on would change the angle of the tv if you moved it around to watch from the bed. My only issue is the bedhead has a USB charge port on each side. These are not connected to power so didn't work. When notified, reception provided a small low amp charger, which at least provided some charge in 1 port. I usually have my own charger with me, unfortunately I left it behind and had to rely on the small charger to charge a phone and tablet.
