Motel is convenient location with reaonable rates. It has all facilities needed but is very old and delapidated. We found the bed and sofa very hard. The manager is very friendly and helpful.

Pros- the location Cons- where do l start, well on arrival there wasn’t anyone to welcome or give us the keys, when we finally did get to meet the person that was looking after the place he was more interested other tenants that had personal problems. The rooms whilst looked clean are in need of extreme over haul from top to bottom and in between, the photos that they show are definitely not what you get. Hence we did not stay there opting to loss our money. Definitely not a 3.5 star motel

It was very run down, lots of dodgy goings on in car park, totally old broken & missmatched furnishings, some fittings didnt work. Worst bathroom ever. Funky smells etc. Location convenient, size good. Would not recommend or use again.

Good location, very dated though. The property is ‘tired’. Decor, carpets and facade could really use a refresh/update. It was ok for an overnighted. Not sure that I would necessarily rebook this property next time.

We locked our selfs out at 11pm at night they were there to let us into our room 15min later with a smile. Thanks we'll be back.

Rooms over priced, no smoke alarm, cigarette burns in quilts, it was 38 degrees and fridge wasn’t working so everything we brought had to be thrown out so cost us more money and no smoke alarm is against the law. Told the receptionist on checkout and she didn’t seem bothered. Wouldn’t recommend it until it had some serious repairs done

Suits our needs.
Easy to locate as it is on Dandenong Road. We have stayed at this motel a few times as it suits our needs. Staff have always been very welcoming and willing assist with any requests.

A Tired Hotel
The motor inn is tired looking and needs a little TLC. There was an old blood stain on my Dooner Pillow case, the bathroom window had dust and fluff accumulating in the corner that has been there for a very long time. The water sealer between the tiles of the shower wall and the floor is black with bacteria and needs to be replaced, there is no weather seal around the front door and there was a terrible draught coming through making the room cold and two baby cockroaches one that came from out of my bath towel which was frayed around the edges and another running across the bedroom bench where you would place your personal items. Sorry for the disappointing report but more care is needed here

Good location
Room very dated. Bathroom had frosted contact on window which was picked off in parts so traffic and people passing by could watch you shower. Definitely requires some immediate attention to detail. Close to shopping centre and train station. Very, very noisy.

Probably the worst hotel I have stayed in. Room noisy due to location next to main road, A/C barely worked, threadbare towels supplied, no mirror in bathroom. Housekeeping didn’t make up bed after first night.

Continental breakfast only offered owners not on site until 8.am this I ordered tomato juice, 2 slices toast, & honey. It was delivered to the room the night before which is ok but without butter & that I discovered prior to my early departure at 6am & for that the cost was $8.00. Bit steep I thought.

nice hotel. close to trainline and shopping centre
arrived really late. reception were really helpful as they closed at 10pm. She organised gor me to stay in rear property room so I wouldnt be woken by traffic .Again helpful when working out where to go for breakfast. Parking available if needed. Lovely stay would recommend and stay again

We booked a 2 bed apartment on a sunday night. My first impression on room 21 was surprise that this hotel had a 3 1\2 star rating.The carpets,the fittings were so old and should have been replaced years ago. The bathroom was original with old shower,basin and fittings.(unlike the bathroom in the photo) A large black spider was living on the inside of the window.The shower floor seems to have been raised and I hit my head on the metal surround as I exited the shower. There was no warning sign for this and anyone over 5'3'' would have to duck to avoid the same.The lounge and bedroom windows were directly outside a construction site.The workers were onsite around 06.30 and that meant it was time to get out of there.On the positive side-location was good
