it’s very comfortable and close to everything you don’t need a car to go shops because it’s just around the corner. The people it’s very friendly and welcoming makes you feel at home.

We’re from country Victoria here in Melbourne for early AM medical appointment so it was nice to have a comfortable & clean room which had extra pillows plus an extra blanket, ensuring a comfortable sleep. The tea & coffee making facilities were handy and the motel is located in a quiet area. Off street parking is included & the free Wifi was also handy. Furthermore, the front desk customer service provided was very pleasant & prompt.

The property presentation was good, the room though need some maintenance as well as the bathroom toilet area need to be cleaned thoroughly. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Would not ever stay there again.the room an bathroom was an dump . l had my son wedding and l stayed in the room from 11pm at night until 7am and got no sleep because of the room's on both sides of me had people who were making lots of noise an l thought they might do something to my car because I couldn't park my car in front of my room someone else parked in my spot.l was up looking outside thinking that someone was outside of my room because the people were so loud

There was white tail spider on bed The curtains where ripped , nothing at all like photo on line , I did not stay returned key and didn’t stay Have lost my my $150 , ended up staying in danenong , so a night stay before surgery in Hosp cost me heaps Very unhappy customer Would not let my Dog stay there

Very friendly reception staff. The room is spacious with everything you need for a night away from home. It is very convenient close to the train station, cafes and shopping centre. The property needs some cosmetic update though.

The lamp didn't work, there was nobody in the office to help. There wasn't a spare blanket to be used on the bed. No microwave so we can heat a meal up.

The bed was hard,no bowls,breakfast spoons or knife if you had toast,no microwave to cook anything, a worker told me i should park my companys work vehicle across thr road in a carpark didnt do that as to much expensive things on back of truck.the toilet was freezing as the windows was permanently open and couldn't close it.In the drain in shower i pulled a massive hair ball out as the water wasnt going down the drain.

Good bed and shower and close to all local amenities. Very reasonably priced. Staff were helpful but not intrusive.

The shower had used soap and empty shampoo and conditioner bottles, under half roll toilet paper with no spare one. The staff was friendly and it was fairly queit.

This place was fine. What can you expect for a cheap motel I guess? It was a conveniently located place to sleep for a few hours, but I wouldnt choose to stay there again. The mattress was very old and you could feel the springs and bed slats every time you moved. The cleanliness was dissapointing as there were bugs in the bath, the floor wasnt vacuumed and there were globs of cream still on the shower walls. Also, there was no door on the bathroom OR toilet. So I could lay in bed and see my partner shower, and almost see them on the toilet. Lucky I was with my partner and not a friend. That would have been a very awkward bathroom routine. No thanks.
