Haven't been to Richmond for five years and felt that the area had become run down - have never seen so much graffiti on Bridge Rd before. And many cafes closed down. Very sad to see but understandable given what Melbourne went through. Also noticed a fair few people with obvious mental health issues. I do hope the area recovers.
