"Location was AMAZING. I traveled alone with my 17yr old daughter and never felt nervous or unsafe. We walked all around near Poblado to the stores and restaurants nearby day and night. The room for 2 was enough for us. Didn’t have a closet but honestly we didn’t mind at all. Loved that the bathroom had everything separated so while one person was bathing, another could make use of the toilet privately, We were on floor 7 and never had issues with the elevator or noise or anything. It was great that the place had several spots to eat such as: Bigzza, Cafe Origen, Alter Rooftop and a Grill place (forgot the name). We ate twice at the bottom level restaurant and loved it in both occasions. The staff was always friendly and helped with getting taxis. I would definitely recommend the place. Super affordable and beautiful. Will return!!"

"Gustavo was our absolute favorite staff member. His willingness to assist regardless of how many times we seek ed assistance was commendable. He has so many great recommendations and exceeded our expectations and made our experience so memorable!! Duvan from the roof top bar and restaurant at the hotel was so warm and friendly. His personality despite his English not being top tier didn’t limit him from entertaining us as our bartender. Our other staff member I believe his name is dividi a bell hop at the front desk area was incredible. Always so eager to assist with such an infectious smile and personality. The staff there is well trained and the best!! Thanks guys we will be back!!"

"Todo fue sumamente excelente, conseguimos incluso un tour dentro del mismo hotel al peñol y esa empresa 10/10, guardaron maletas también a la hora de check-in y out, desayuno cumple tiene todo. Crítica constructiva regularía temperatura de la ducha aveces salía demasiado caliente que quema cuesta bastante regularla pero es algo que se puede arreglar. Estadía 10/10"

"Mi opinión si en el cuarto hay 4 personas deben dejar cuatro agua. Mejorar hay platos que no deberían estar para el uso del público. Lugar en buena ubicación y tranquilo. Excelente trato al público. Le falta una piscina"

"El hotel es súper lindo, el personal súper atento. La habitación un excelente tamaño y todos los días limpian y hacen el cuarto. La ubicación PERFECTA, definitivamente cuando regrese me quedo en esa área. Lo único que voy a criticar GRANDEMENTE es el desayuno, en las especificaciones dice desayuno buffet y no es así, porque cuando se trata de un desayuno estilo buffet se sobreentiende que es variedad de alimentos, bebidas, etc y la persona se sirve más veces q entienda necesario. Pero lamentablemente no fue así, en el caunter de recepción te dan una boleta todas las mañanas y te sirve un empleado de las bandejas y una vez escojas ya no puedes volver a repetir nada más y si les pides que te hechen un poquito más te miran con cara serias. Además de eso casi todos los días dan lo mismo y lo mismo tanto de alimentos como de bebidas ya que para tomar solo hay jugo de china, agua, café y chocolate, de verdad que deben mejorar GRANDEMENTE este tema y esta situación, si lo hacen serían el hotel buenisimo en esa área. Es triste ya que pienso regresar con mis hijas a Medellín para navidad pero no creo poder escogerlos como opción de hotel, porque la variedad en desayuno es súper pobre y mi niña pequeña no se beneficiaría."
