I always stay here when in the area. The staff is especially hospitable. The hotel MGR and the night shift attendant even remembered my name. The staff are true professionals.

It was a nice relaxing stop from a bus day. Disappointed that the TV had trouble connecting to channels I like. But the room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent hotel and great renovations!
This hotel is excellent! We always stay here when we visit family in the area and the hotel staff is super friendly. It had been a few years since the last time we were here and. Wow! They did an amazing job with the renovations! The rooms and common areas look great and furnishings, bed linens, and towels are top quality. Well done!

Great Customer Service
After walking into our room and finding another couple had already checked in, we went back down to the counter and the gal working (I didn't get her name and I'm so upset about it) QUICKLY jumped into action to figure out what happened. We were in a different room within 5 minutes. She then called us about 15-20 minutes later to make sure our room was satisfactory, which it was.

Curb appear, you can’t miss it. Could use some more landscaping around the building. It was very convenient to go out the back steps to the truck but the ash tray for cigarettes wasn’t appealing at all and wasn’t cleaned during are stay.

We had a small problem with our room. We addressed it with the staff and it was corrected immediately. Every staff member was very helpful and kind.
