“Great place to stay at when visiting the valley”

Staff at the check in desk were very friendly and courteous. staff were very helpful when we were trying to get directions to a night club in edinburg

I had a great experience in La Quinta Inn McAllen, the service is great and hospitality too. Each worker did great them job and they are kindful peolple.

Well situated. Opt for a room on the back as the front rooms face the Denny's and the smell of grease might not be too pleasant. We didn't use the pool, but, it semed entirely adequate for those who would.

The motel office attendent was very courteous and offered me a room to accommidate my needs. Shortly after checking in, the house cleaning stop by to check if we needed any additional towels or supplies.

I had to leave a Hotel that I had booked on expedia and I was switched to this hotel. I am so glad I was the breakfast was surprisingly huge to select from, it went beyond the complementary breakfast. The hotel staff was so nice and humble I really enjoyed their services!

No problems. Not much to say. Location is good but, McAllen isn't that big so using it as a base was easy. The staff was friendly and pleasant, but I didn't interact with them that much. The room was comfortable and quiet enough. The TV is still CRT rather than flat panel. It didn't matter that much but it seems dated. This is a good motel for the price. I see the word hotel used for this survey, but I'd use motel. Nothing wrong with that. I was looking for simple, inexpensive, quiet, clean and comfortable and La Quinta has that covered.
