Dear Superior, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback; indeed it is always appreciated. At the outset, I would like to apologize for any misunderstanding. We have no record of an in house breakfast menu referencing 'complimentary', we do have a separate document (specifically a multi use note pad) siting next to the Breakfast menu in the rooms, which does say 'with compliments'. Perhaps these separate documents have caused the confusion, please accept our apologies again.To clarify; We do charge for our Continental breakfast, which is delivered to guest rooms, with a choice of cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit and juice for 7.50 per person, as stated on the menu.To be able to prevent such a misunderstanding happening in the future, I would truly appreciate if you would share if there were any other factors (IE marketing / signage / ad's etc) that indicated 'complimentary breakfast'. We are sorry that you did not have a good experience. However, the Motel, as do all Motels, has no control over "random" people coming onto the premises at night let alone cars on the street. All of our rooms have security screens on the windows so there was no reason to feel unsafe. In this instance we feel that your rating is unfair.

Hi Cheryl, Firstly, thank you for your one word review. I can't help wondering if the low score was because you told me at check in that you thought the price was $85.00, not the rate I was telling you. Which, by the way, my rate was correct when you checked your paper work. Or maybe it was because you thought that you were getting a free breakfast when we no longer offer this facility, and the booking site that you had booked through had not updated its records.
