Beautiful Island/Great home, location, and service with so many fun things to do!
We booked this vacation with our 3 kids and their spouses. This VBRO house made it easy to spend a full week with the family. Staying in one house allowed us to play games, have meals together, swim every evening, and have lots of good family time. We brought our own snorkeling gear and could easily take the ATV to Trou Rolland beach and swim in a lovely cove with lots of coral and fish. We went on adventures around the island daily and this house was in a very convenient spot. It was nice being so close to Marigot Bay. We Kayaked from Marigot Bay to Roseau River – the mangrove forest we paddled through made it the best kayaking ever. We went deep sea fishing and caught a Tuna and a king mackerel. Marigot Bay was a great place for dinner – we ate out most nights in a variety of restaurants. The house was well equipped, and each bedroom had an air conditioner to keep the bedrooms cool at night. We really appreciated that! Our host was wonderful. She helped us by arranging transportation to and from the airport. And set up rental cars which were delivered to the house. She had great contact information for questions pertaining to the house.

The house was clean and up to standards. Had a small problem with a/c in one room but was fixed in a timely manner. Overall the place was perfect if not planning to venture out across the island. The roads and traffic on the island are horrible.

Brogan Villa
Just amazing. Can’t fault Brogan Villa. Debbie, Cyrus, Nigel, and Natalie are a great team and make you feel welcome from the moment you step off the plane. The local beach is perfect. Marigot Bay, so close and easy to get to. You don’t need to use the Polaris to get to the beach (it’s so close), but it was very useful to pop down the hill to Marigot Bay. The Villa (close by) was an excellent place to eat, in or takeaway, they will even come and get you from Brogan. A meal cooked by Cyrus is a must, as is a sailing trip with Bateau Mygo, a trip our family will never forget. Many happy memories our family will cherish forever, we loved everything about Brogan Villa, didn’t want to come home and would love to visit again sometime.

An overdue review, we stayed two weeks in March, personal issues have dominated our lives since the trip. Awesome time, our second in Marigot Bay, we stayed at another place in 2018. Loved all the staff, special shout out to Zarius (spelling?) who helped me recover from a knee injury and is such a great guy. Fine place, good location. Two comments to the negative. Take the 4-wheeler off as a listed amenity until WHEN and IF it is repaired. Second would be to make it clear that Nigel’s ride service to and from the airport is NOT part of the package. When you say in messaging he’ll take us to and from with no mention of expense and then say we can utilize his services “for day trips at additional expense”, it indicates his airport transport is part of the package. I hardly had enough to pay him at the airport. Otherwise good.

It is a beautiful location in the middle of private area. Very quiet just a few steps to the private beach. Very nice house clean, beautiful kitchen bedrooms, bathroom, outdoor pool. Management is always very helpful. He can cook he can accommodate anything you need. I would highly recommend it for everybody.

Amazing location! Great views , beautiful house!
We had a lovely stay! There are multiple floors with a master on each of the two levels. AC worked amazing in each bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked. Driver was prompt and friendly getting us from the airport. Cyrus was fantastic as well, he is the house maintenance. Debbie was super friendly and really quick for communicating any questions. We will absolutely stay again someday!!!

Brogan Villa Blessed
This villa lives up to expectations! Upon arriving we were blown away by the beauty of the villa and it’s surroundings. We traveled with our three grown children. Each had their own room, showers for each room are huge. Be cautious with adjusting the water temp. It took us a couple showers to acclimate to its temperament. It gets very hot! We loved the wooden shutters all over the house.To open those in the morning to that view is spectacular! The view from the lanai is breathtaking! Cyrus will warn you about leaving food out, these cheeky little birds come through the blinds to visit, & will nibble on anything not covered. We found it charming. The two pools are lovely. The little cove is beautiful and was empty every time we visited, except for once. Natalie, the housekeeper, was sweet & helpful. Now, about Nigel, if you do not utilize him for driving & suggestions for outings, eating, you are missing out. He picked us up from the airport for the approx. 1 hour trip to villa. The roads are twisty, to say the least. Along the way he pointed out interesting sights, stopped for a beautiful overlook by Dennary, & took us to Massey grocery store. He was spontaneous with us, and a joy! He’s the best! Our fave thing was taking a small boat from Soufriere to Sugar Beach. The snorkeling is amazing & you are right in the middle of the Gros Pitons! The Villa Restaurant overlooking Marigot Bay is delish! Hiking the Pitons is not for faint of heart! We were in Heaven at Brogan Villa!

Excellent for a relaxing time
The property is lovely, very private, great for the family with plenty of communal space inside and out , (small) swimming pool and comfortable beds, well-maintained grounds with banana and coconut trees. It is open and airy due to the unusual (in our experience) but very functional glassless shuttered windows, ceiling fans and large open balcony with views to the sea. Beds have mosquito nets but mosquitoes were not much of a problem despite there having been a lot of rain. Be prepared to share the kitchen and balcony with very (too?) friendly finches - clear surfaces of food inside and out! The kitchen(s) are well equipped but could do with a refresh of some utensils (knives, can openers) - we mostly ate in. The house is within 10 minutes (down a rocky path) to a secluded (stony) snorkeling beach, and located near enough (with a relatively strenuous up- and downhill walk of 10-15 minutes) to Marigot Bay where there are bars and restaurants, water sports and a beach. It is a one hour (round trip) walk to a convenience store, so transport is really needed though we liked the exercise. The Polaris vehicle was not serviceable when we were there as it was waiting for new tires. Nigel the taxi driver was great, responsive and knew the property well (good because the property manager Cyrus was less available) as well as providing all airport transfers and a day trip to a super beach under the Pitons. Water sports in Marigot bay include Fair Helen Diving (recommended) at Doolittle's restaurant (not recommended) who organized a great scuba trip for us, and sailing charters (fairly expensive). The housekeeper Natalie was very helpful and kept the place clean and laundry up to date. We would give 5 stars except for (not really problematic) a few of the towels could do with being replaced, remotes for the TV and A/Cs that didn’t work or were missing, furniture and furnishings that needed repairs, and there were lots of great DVDs but no working DVD player. None of which detracted from a very relaxing time.

Great property - roads not for the faint hearted!
The property worked well for us - almost with separate upstairs and downstairs sections, but lots of communal space and balcony seating to enjoy the gorgeous view. The pool isn't huge, but perfect for our needs, and the house keeper and other staff were always available to assist and support. The property is definitely more remote than some, so take this into account as you plan!

Fabulous location!!
Nigel was waiting at the airport and was an absolute WONDER to have as a guide and driver!! We never wanted for a single thing while he was around! He stopped at the MOST beautiful and scenic areas for us to take pictures, drove us to the Castries market, and so so much more. He truly made our stay incredible! Cyrus found us lobster out of season for our last night’s dinner and was a pleasure to meet. Natalie was sweet and so kind to offer any housekeeping services. Debbie, the owner, was also very personable and friendly. Brogan Villa is in a great location, no matter which activities you are more drawn to. There were 5 of us and each had their own room. Having the apt downstairs made it great for the younger 2 of us. The larger pool was so heavenly we never even used the smaller one. Zarious, the gardener, took the time to show us all the beautiful trees and flowers and even helped us plant a pineapple on the property!!!💕 We didn’t want to leave!!

Fantastic Anniversary
What a beautiful way to spend our anniversary with the whole family, including grandparents who had their own living space for a break from the kids! Easy access to Marigot Bay and the private beach with the Polaris, even with a large party and small children. Can't say enough about the staff-Cyrus especially for day-to-day needs and amazing meals! Thank you Debbie for taking the time on the phone before our trip and checking in during our stay! Perfect location
Debbie (the owner) was great. Her villa is stunning with a great property and views of the Caribbean. We loved the location because it was private and away from the traffic and hotels on the north side of the island. The pools were great and the beds are comfortable. It's a great place to stay. We loved the cove for snorkeling but wear water shoes or enter from the dock because it is rocky but lots of fish and colorful coral. Once you learn the area you will love it. You can walk to Margot bay easy enough but we rented a car and drove all over. The Polaris doesn't turn great and needs back tires so we didn't go far with that just to the bay. All in all we loved it there.

Fantastic stay
Thanks Debbie we had a beautiful holiday in your lovely villa, absolutely everything was awesome the layout, location, pools, private bay (great snorkelling, lots of fish) access to the atv was good, we made use of Cyrus who cooked us a lovely meal and his local knowledge was well used by our group, cool running with Nigel and Natalie was very helpful. The villa is set in a lovely bay very private and close to bars and restaurants, and centrally placed for lots of adventures land and sea. Debbie was great to deal with even arranged our car hire, a big shout out to the above team, who all made our stay very welcoming. Did I mention what a lovely villa, pools, bay, location, stay? Awesome thanks

Last minute holiday - just perfect!
Debbie’s villa was exactly as described and suited us as 4 adults perfectly. So much space for just the 4 of us but villa felt very comfortable and we settled in very quickly. Beautiful gardens and view of sea. Sweet pool which was fine for us but not large enough for those wanting to do laps! Use of the Polaris was a bonus when we headed to the little snorkelling beach. Snorkelling beach fun but be aware of low rocks and definitely needs water shoes. Car hire a definite advantage and we used Debbie’s recommendations as well as Nigel’s taxi pick up service. Second time in St Lucia and would highly recommend Debbie’s place for large family gathering .

Our 3 generation family loved our time at Brogan Villa. Great staff including Cyrus who cooked fabulous meals for us and arranged at home Covid testing. Beautiful, beautiful house with everything we needed to cook many meals here. Time by the pool, in the little nearby beach, on the ATV into town. Debbie had arranged Nigel for airport runs and driving for day trips. Her suggestions for day trips were perfect. We loved the catamaran trip to the Pitons. Altogether, a very memorable time.

Lovely place to sit back and relax. Cyrus and Nat made us feel totally at home and we had some great days out at the pitons and on boat trip. The buggy was so much fun also and everything you need in the villa. Cyrus also cooked for us one night. A few local places you can get a beer but avoid doolittles for food as we waited almost an hour and a half for a pizza. Totally recomended. Car will deffo help if you want to ahae a bit of freedom.

Wow!!! What a vacation! You’re Not staying at a villa, you’re staying at your good friends home.. at least that’s how Debbie and her staff made me feel! Debbie over exceeded all my expectations! From sending my mom flowers for her birthday to decorating the villa!! She organized it all!!! Just amazing.. she is soooooooo darn sweet and responsive it’s sad there aren’t more Debbies in the world!! We need more of you Debbie :)… The staff was perfect.. Nigel is extremely reliable and prompt for all your taxi excursions and trips… super kind and knowledgeable! My family used him up for the whole vacation (I rented a car for a few days) Cyrus is my guy!!!! Order his RUM punch!!! My mom doesn’t drink like at all and she had a glass of his rum punch!! And he also cooks (for an additional cost) tell him what U want and he will make it!! He feels like my long lost family .. he is extremely knowledgeable about the property and st. Lucia!! Utilize him! Zarious is lots of laughs and fun!! The villa is perfect has everything you need well kept and homey 2 min drive from Marigot bay or a brisk 5-10 min walk (depending on ur speed) it’s about 20-30 min drive from castries, 55mins from Soufriere, 40-45 mins from Rodney bay and to gros islet (without traffic) .. I think it’s perfectly located! I rented a car that Debbie organized and it was extremely cost effective !!!! So if ur not to intimated by the left side of the road driving for all my Americans I’ll suggest renting a car! And the curfews is very relaxed lol hotel restaurants are opened beyond curfew time and Nigel can always get a pass alllwing him to be on the road pass curfew 😊.. All in all it was the most exceptional vacation Thanks Debbie & family & staff

Just Perfect
Brogan Villa exceeded our expectations with everything you could want in a holiday rental. The Polaris was a fun added benefit. 10-15 minutes walk to Marigot Bay depending which one of our. Party was walking there. The pools were ideal and the veranda was perfect for watching the birds and the beautiful sunsets. Natalie and Cyrus were very helpful and Zarious gave us bananas and coconuts from the garden and I’d possibly one of the cheeriest people I’ve ever met. The rooms were all beautiful and well equipped and we didn’t venture far from the villa. The beach was great for snorkelling but beach shoes are a must. We wandered up and down several times a day. Debbie was extremely helpful and made sure we were well looked after and provided lots of useful information. We were here as a party of seven with our grown up children and 2 partners. Everyone agreed this was the best Villa we had stayed in Thanks to everyone

Beautiful villa, Beautiful Island, Beautiful People!
Brogan Villa became our home for two weeks for three generations of my family - we really didn't want to leave this amazing Caribbean paradise! The villa is beautiful and set in a incredibly green and lush valley. You feel like you're in the middle of a tropical paradise with palm trees and giant ferns - yet it's only a 10 minute walk to the restaurants of Marigot Bay, or a fun-filled 2 minutes drive in the Polaris ATV. The villa is extremely well appointed, very clean with comfortable beds. Our children loved having two pools - both of which are larger in reality than they look in photos. They were a lovely temperature and very clean. The gardens are spectacular - beautiful flowers and full of wildlife. The owner Debbie was just so helpful - she was like having an expert island concierge! She sorted out car hire which was brilliant - zero hassle - the car was delivered to the villa and the handover was done in the comfort of the living room. Driving is on the left and after overcoming how steep the roads are, driving is easy - just let the locals pass when they want to! Airport transfers with Nigel (again suggested by Debbie :) ) are a must - as well as an island tour with him - a highlight of our trip - probably the best view we've ever had whilst eating lunch. Everything Debbie recommended was fabulous and faultless. Cyrus (villa manager in St Lucia) was brilliant, available if needed and helpful. He cooked for us one night - the food was superb - ribs and tuna fresh off the boat on the BBQ!! Zarious was lovely and wonderful with the kids - didn't know that there were that many ways to eat a coconut. The cove is a 3 minute walk from the villa and is stunning, if a little pebbly - Debbie ( I know, again) suggested beach shoes and they proved to be invaluable. The kids loved hunting for sea glass and we were so impressed with the snorkelling - pristine corals and a large variety of marine life. Look out for the Caribbean damselfish- stunning! Our 6 and 8 year old came out snorkelling with us as it was safe. It was so beautiful sitting on the outside lanai for the sunrise, and then after an awesome day, enjoying spectacular sunsets. We will be back. Thanks again to Debbie, Scott, Cyrus , Zarious and Natalie.

Lovely villa near a quaint private cove & Marigot Bay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brogan Villa. Debbie is a most gracious hostess and her team are equally kind and thoughtful. We enjoyed all of the amenities of this private retreat. Tucked in the hills of St. Lucia with a nice bay view where you can hear the calm waves of the nearby private cove. Marigot Bay is just a few minutes away by Polaris. Thank you, Debbie, Cyrus, Nigel, Zarious and the nice cleaning lady (apologies for not remembering your name, and thank you for keeping the place so tidy). better than we could have imagined!
This house is better then we could have imagined. The set up is great for large groups, ths view is unbelievable and they keep it super super clean!! Debbie the owner was so helpful! My husband and I have rented from this site and others many times and we haven't not come across anyone like debbie! She takes so much time to ensure everything is perfect for your trip! Thank you debbie! Negil (driver) was such an unbelievably nice man. It truly was an honor to work with him. He is so knowledgeable and just an all around great person. I really do hope we meet him again! He took us on a ladies trip to the sulfur ponds, fishing and Friday night fish fry along with airport and grocery runs. If you want to do or see anything on the island he is the person to talk to! Natalie the house cleaner was wonderful. She is kind and friendly and extremely hard working! Cyrus the house manager did a bbq for us that was fantastic. We orginally set up for him to cook multiple nights but ended up asking him not too. Definitely reccomend to do the bbq with him, it was fantastic but the other nights were just ok (he brought main dishes but nothing else with them, one night just a thing of calamari because we had a lot left over from the bbq but our last night we arranged a lobster dinner and he showed up with lobsters and nothing else so we had to run out to get sides with it) he did get a beautiful anniversary cake for my husband and I which was above and beyond!! The view and the Polaris made our trip! I highly highly recommend that you stay at this home!! The team was amazing, debbie was amazing! We hope to come back some day!!

Serene views and private cove to enjoy!
Our stay at Brogan Villa was nothing less than fantastic! The staff were incredible, the views outstanding and the private beach was unbelievably beautiful! We enjoyed the snorkeling in our little cove even more than at Sugar Beach!!! The house had everything we could have wished for and the staff went above and beyond to help us!

Idyllic vacation in paradise!
I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Brogan Villa. The host, Debbie, reached out to me prior to our stay, including a call to answer any questions and give helpful suggestions and information. She couldn't have been nicer! The property is as described on Homeaway and was extremely clean and provided everything you could need. The layout was perfect for our family. There was a main area upstairs and an "apartment" downstairs which afforded privacy for my son's family with two children. There is a small pool at the front of the property and a larger pool at the back. They were immaculately maintained. The gardens are lush with tropical flowers and fruit trees and afforded a lot of privacy. One of my granddaughter's favorite activities (when we could get her out of the pool) was picking a bouquet of flowers. Everyone loved taking the Polaris that was provided with the rental into Marigot Bay or down to the beach. The small cove at the end of the road (about a 3 minute walk from the house) was an amazing snorkeling spot! We saw turtles, eels, schools of fish, a barracuda and even a lobster! While we were out for dinner, the Polaris wouldn't start and one of the employees for the villa came within 5 minutes to pop a wire back onto the battery. We also ran out of propane the last night (we did a LOT of cooking) and the property manager came immediately to replace the tank at 8:00 at night!! Everyone was so nice and prompt. Couldn't be happier with our choice of Brogan Villa! Did I mention the views??? Beautiful!!

The wonderful memories are still sinking in as we have just returned from Brogan villa. Its exotic location was private yet the bay was very near and provided many facilities required to enjoy this stunning Marigot location. The Polaris was very useful for local trips to the bakery etc We thank the local Brogan team including Cyrus and Natalie in providing their services to the villa facilities but still respected our privacy during our stay. Finally and most importantly the support and advice provided by Debbie who helped our family Christmas holiday become a very memorable and special occasion.

We have really enjoyed our one week stay in Brogan Villa! It is the perfect house for our 9 family members. Clean and very well maintained. Having the Polaris was also very convenient for trips into Marigot Bay. Highly recommend this house for your stay on St Lucia.

Perfect Rental
As vacation rental owners and frequent renters ourselves, our standards are quite high. Brogan Villa managed to exceed our high expectations. The villa is exactly as advertised. It is beautiful inside and out. Comfortable. Well supplied. The common areas are not air conditioned (listing is clear that the bedrooms are air conditioned, so read that at face value), so it can get hot in the kitchen if you're cooking. Either enjoy your vacation and don't cook or do as I do: cook in your swimsuit and when you start to get hot, go dunk yourself in the plunge pool and then return to the kitchen. The snorkeling in Trou (a very easy walk or you can take the Polaris) was quite good. I did see some masks/snorkels in the laundry room, but had brought our own. You'll want to snorkel in the morning before rain and boats churn the waters and reduce the visibility. I'm a scuba diver but did not dive on this trip and felt fulfilled snorkeling here. The Polaris is great for going into Marigot Bay. What really makes this place standout above other great rental homes are the people. Debbie is so helpful and attentive leading up to your stay and once you get there, Cyrus takes such phenomenal care of you. My number one piece of advise is: if Debbie offers to arrange something for you, go with it. Don't think you're gonna save some money doing it yourself. She and Cyrus know St. Lucia better than you. I didn't take her up on the offer to arrange pickup at the airport and car hire brought to the villa. I thought my rental reservation at the airport was going to save me money and the reviews of the place I was renting from on Orbitz were good. I won't bore you with all the sordid details, but the car hire did not go well and we ended up using a car Cyrus was able to arrange for us, which ended up being cheaper than the original rental and the car actually worked. Cyrus was also able to get us some very fresh fish one night. If you're not sure where on the island you want to stay, I highly recommend Marigot Bay. It is pretty centally located. Roughly an hour from the airport; about an hour to the Northern Tip of Pigeon Point; about an hour to the Soufriere area and the Pitons; a little less than an hour to the Ziplining in Dennery. It's very low-key, low pressure (in terms of tourism), away from the chaotic tourist hubs, has some decent restaurants, and we found the people quite nice there. Do not think twice about renting Brogan Villa.

We had a very nice time staying in the Brogan Villa. The house is very well maintained and in a very private setting. A sweet off-season stay at Brogan (5 adults, 3 children, 2 teenagers)
Brogan villa, Marigot Bay and St Lucia are all jewels. Debbie becomes a friend during the pre-stay correspondence. Most responsive owner I've seen in my extensive villa-experience. The Larkins family good spirit is represented in the villa and the people taking care of guests, led by Cyrus. Our children of ages 3-13 all became friends with him, as did we. A very special person (his cooking highly recommended, too). Nigel, the driver provides trips, an airport transfer is the minimum. (On our last day, before going to the airport, Nigel took us to Island Breeze restaurant on Sandy Beach. Our best dining out experience on the island!) Natalie, is a good fairy, who comes in 3 times a week to clean. They are all present, but respecting the guests' privacy. Yet, with Cyrus cooking and all that, it is unavoidable to feel that he is a long-known family friend... We were self-sufficient, drove around in our rental cars. Roads in St Lucia are winding and narrow. It takes skill, but the island is explorable on one's own, as well. Can also recommend a dolphin/whale watching by Hackshaws. We had a private trip (10 people) on the boat Lady Anne. Wonderful experience! The villa is well equipped for cosy life. The pool could be bigger, but the landscape gives a reason, why it is the way it is. The balcony with sea views (and a sweet resident cat) is a special treat. We spent most of our villa-time there. For people from Northern climates the garden is also a wonderland. We downloaded an app (PictureThis) and photographed all major plants and identified them. Quite enjoyable for plant-loving people :) Trou Rolland, the little bay down the road, oddly enough, proved the best snorkelling spot. So, if you are lucky to have a calm waveless day, you can see some amazing things, even those who usually do not snorkle (like myself) can do it. And the sea gods are benevolent there, one day one boy lost a jelly shoe while swimming (to my aggravation) and the next day the missing shoe was lying there washed ashore. So, this is a kind and loving place. Also, our specialty was walking down and back up to Marigot Bay (a lovely little place in itself). Even in the dark, using the phones as flashlights. Maybe not feasible completely alone, but with a small group, an enjoyable exercise. Make sure you record the night sound of tree frogs, you get so used to this lullaby. In sum, let Brogan, Marigot and St Lucia spellbind you. It's worth it.

Fantastic location and property
We have just returned from a fantastic week in Brogan Villa. Debbie and Scott have done an incredible job finding and renovating this property. It is in such an idyllic location and perfect for families. Debbie arranged for Nigel to collect us from the airport which was super convenient for us. A few minutes into trip Nigel pulled out a map to show us where we were going and offered everyone an icy soft drink. My boy declared it was the best cab ride he's ever had which seemed like a pretty encouraging start! The property itself is wonderfully renovated with 2 pools, outdoor bar & BBQ area, large open living/kitchen (incredibly well equipped) and separate self contained apartment if you're travelling with another family who want their own space. The location is wonderfully private and so peaceful listening to the birds but it is located just 750m from Marigot Bay, which has a number of restaurant/bars and small grocery store. It's possible to walk into Marigot Bay from the property (15min) but using the Polaris is just so so convenient and much more fun just being able to shove the family onto the Polaris and drive into the Bay for dinner. We highly recommend sitting in the bar in Chateau Mygo at dusk with a cocktail to watch the sun go down in the Bay. A really special experience. The Masala Bay restaurant in the Bay was also an absolute quality Indian restaurant by the way. The Polaris was a huge bonus for heading into the Bay but Debbie also was fabulous in arranging a car hire to be dropped off to the property for us for a few days, which we used to explore some sites around the island. That made it so much easier than trying to find somewhere to hire from and we had a great experience with the car. The kids couldn't get enough of the Splash Island Water Park in Rodney Bay so suffice to say we made a few visits! Cyrus also dropped in every day to check that everything was OK which we really appreciated. In summary, Brogan Villa is perfect for those who want genuine peace and quiet in a beautiful open property whilst being close enough to a couple of bars and restaurants with the convenience and fun of a Polaris to get there. We really loved it and thank you Debbie for all the help, guidance and tips before and during the trip!

A very beautiful villa
We have had the most wonderful holiday in Villa Brogan. It is located in beautiful lush tropical gardens teaming with birds and other wildlife. It has stunning uninterrupted views to the sea and is very private. The two swimming pools are a welcome respite from the heat of the day. The inside of the villa is spacious with tasteful furnishings and decor and the air conditioned bedrooms are a treat at night. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony watching the sunsets out to sea. The villa staff are very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay again in Villa Brogan and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

My group loved our time in Brogan Villa. We were three couples and found we had ample space and all the ameneties of home. The house is updated and has a well-stocked kitchen, which meant cooking at home was a breeze. We loved the outdoor space, from the veranda where we played games, ate meals and took in the view to the TWO pools, where we sipped wine and relaxed. The AC in the bedrooms kept us nice and cool (also, the shutter blinds kept our room wonderfully dark in the AMs, making it easy to sleep) and there was a pleasant cross breeze throughout the rest of the house. We enjoyed driving the Polaris, were seriously impressed by the great snorkeling at Trou Rolland beach at the end of the lane and overall just loved soaking up our time in Marigot Bay. BUT the real reason Brogan Villa is so great is because of the people. Debbie was a dream to work with and was so sweet. She went above and beyond to give us guidance for our trip, including so many thoughtful messages back and forth. By the time the trip came, I felt like she was more of a friend than a VRBO host. She's lovely and made planning our vacation so much easier (and her tips were spot on!) Cyrus, too, was a wonderful person to work with. He checked in on us, helped us when we needed him but also respected our space and privacy. We loved our time at Brogan Villa and would book this house again without hesitation!

A week in paradise
What a magical vacation destination. From the very beginning we knew that we had chosen the right spot in St. Lucia. Debbie made herself available and was quick to answer all of our questions. She had great ideas and suggestions to help make our trip more special and memorable. Once in St. Lucia we felt like we stepped right into paradise. Nigel, who had a cooler full of St. Lucian cold beverages waiting for us in his cab, greeted us at the airport. He was very accommodating and took us grocery shopping before arriving at the villa. Actually, he drove us all over the island all week. He was fun and the best tour guide you could ask for! At first sight we fell in love with Brogan Villa. The house and grounds were just beautiful and more special then we had hoped. Then to top that off in walked Cyrus. He immediately became a part of our family and made all of us feel special, welcome and at home. He is quite the chef too and makes a mean rum punch, which we had on several occasions. He cooked us fresh food: fish, chicken and all the nice fresh vegetables available on the island. It was such a treat!! The pool, porch and view of the cove were lovely. The only bad thing was that we had to leave. We look forward to coming back as soon as possible. We highly recommend staying here! It was our favorite vacation to date.

Just gorgeous.
My family (husband and 2 teen kids) had THE best time at Brogan Villa. Before we even set off, Debbie had messaged me a really comprehensive list of ALL the best things to do on the island, which was invaluable. The villa was gorgeous - just as wonderful as the pictures (maybe even nicer). There was plenty of space, it was clean and stocked with everything you could need. The Polaris was an added bonus, and a ton of fun - a real highlight for my teens (and us grown ups, if I'm honest!). It's just a short distance from the little downtown dock area and a quick ferry across to the sandy beach, which we preferred to the more rocky one. Some cute little restaurants line the bay, and there's a more fancy hotel there too, if you want a little more special meal. The caretakers of the property were all wonderful too. Can't say enough good things. You'll love it.

Very comfortable and relaxing villa.
We had a great “family” week - loved staying at the Villa. There were 8 of us. Cyrus was very welcoming and helpful, and the meal he cooked for us was a highlight of the trip. JJs and Chateau Mygo were good restaurants and Juliettas was good with a nice view. We didn’t have a good experience at Doolittle’s though they did reduce the bill when we complained. Overall we weren’t blown away by the local dinner restaurants, but enjoyed going to the Hurricane Hole for breakfast! Our favourite beaches were Reduit beach at Rodney Bay and Anse Couchon (steep drive down). Both had great food and were more affordable than Sugar beach and we loved snorkelling at Anse Couchon. It was wonderful staying at the Villa and visiting St Lucia - big thank you to Debbie, Cyrus and Nigel for all your help, and Natalie and Elvis for keeping the villa clean and pristine! The only slight downside was that the pool wasn’t quite as big as expected, but certainly big enough for cooling you down 😀

Truely extraordinary, you will be AAA+ blown away!
We do a lot of vacations and this was without doubt one of the best. Start with the owners Debbie and Scott Larkins who will answer all your questions very quickly with recommendations and advice, combine Cyrus, Natalie and Elliot who take meticulous care of the property during your stay and finally a home with a setting out of this world and you have the makings of the perfect vacation. Oh, and the Polaris, you can only imagine. From our arrival to departure Cyrus will make sure everything is perfect. He greets you on your arrival, welcomes you to the property, gives you a tour of the house, offers his services for cooking, driving, reservations, day trip recommendations and keeping up with you daily. The house is perfect for families or couples get-away. The bedrooms are nicely sized, clean, decorated beautifully and have A/C. The bathrooms have showers with plenty of hot water and nice lighting. The apartment which is just below the upstairs offers a little separation from the main level, has its own kitchen and common area with doors entering to the outside pools on either side. You may wonder why two pools? we found that one was perfect for the morning sun and the other for the afternoon as the sun moves to the West. On the main floor there are three bedrooms, they enter the large common area that includes a nicely stocked kitchen well-appointed dining area and great room where you have a large sofa and soft chairs facing a flat screen that receives all the channels. One of the most stunning features of the house is the balcony off the second-floor common area. It is perfect for reading, dining, viewing the sunsets and bird watching. The location in Marigot Bay is huge. From the airport it is a bit of a trek and finding it requires a little attention and patience. Once you get close, you need to look for the signs "Brogan Villa" they are small, but they are there. Note that on the final 300 M you will be going down an earthy/stone road, but you will know when you get there as the entry to the property is beautiful. Think of this vacation as if you’re writing a book with a local cast of characters willing to play as much or as little a role as you would like. Each day brought us some of the most incredible experiences. We hiked Pigeon Island, Millet bird sanctuary, did the mud baths and gardens, day sailed along the coast, enjoyed dinners out and in and came away with our book full of great memories. Much thanks!!

Home from Home
Large, attractive and very well equipped house, comfortably furnished, situated in a beautiful garden with colourful Shrubs, Palms, Mahogany trees and Coconut Palms in fruit. Sea view to the West. and the house is private and not overlooked. The approach road that passes by the house about 75 yards away is hardly used, and leads on to and terminates at the sandy Trou Rolland Beach, which is ok for swimming in Jelly shoes as it's rocky, great for snorkelling and there are two BBQ's for public use which is fun, as it's so private. We quickly felt very 'at home' and whilst we tended to be out most day's, we cooked and ate in at night. There is a property manager, Cyrus, who is very friendly and attentive. Natalie the housekeeper, again, very friendly, chatty and helpful, as is Elvis the gardener/pool guy (knows his trees) We were allowed to use the Polaris (google it) which was marvellous for popping down to Marigot Bay and the beach near the house. We also hired a car for the duration which was essential for longer trips. The small Supermarket in Marigot Bay has most essentials and there are two mainstream supermarkets in Cul de Sac, about 15/20 minutes away by car. Would we stay again? Yes. Finally, the owner Debbie is a mine of information and extremely helpful, which helps to acclimatise you before you even get there.

A Fabulous Week
We had a great week at Brogan Villa. It was perfect for us, privately tucked away but just a short whizz down to Marigot Bay for happy hour, groceries etc. We used every bit of the villa, we ate outside by the BBQ, inside on the dining table (it rained one evening), enjoyed cooling off in the pool, we all slept really well and loved beginning and ending our days out on the veranda. We all loved the cove, just a few minutes walk from the villa and basically your own private Caribbean hideaway......we swam, cliff jumped/dived (some of us!), paddleboarded/kayaked (rented from Marigot Bay), snorkelled and just sat on the little pier. I also loved doing my early morning yoga on the pier as well! We had a good rest, good fun and lots of adventures........we would definitely love to return! Thank you very much for a great holiday!

Heaven on Earth 😍
If you want to relax and unwind in one of the most beautiful homes on St Lucia... then stay at Brogan Villa. With breathtaking views of the Caribbean sea, surrounded by tropical palms, we found we could simply sit on the verandah and be completely happy! Every room is beautifully decorated, with everything you could want from a 5* villa. That includes plenty of beach towels and flippers for fun by the pool. I enjoy cooking and aside from the bbq down by the pool, the kitchen is so well equipped that I could cook everything I wanted to. However, I did have a couple of nights off as Cyrus came over and cooked for us...including a delicious rum punch! It was reasonably priced to have Cyrus pop over so I would highly recommend. Cyrus also arranged our boat trip to see the dolphins & drove us directly to Hackshaws boat in Castries. Wow! That was a dream trip as we saw 3 different species of dolphin, with pods of around 50 dolphins at a time. We have video footage that David Attenborough would be proud of! Nigel was also on hand as a fantastic (and again) reasonably priced taxi. He collected us from the airport and also drove us to Reduit beach, Rodney Bay. Splash water park (inflatable Park) in the sea was great fun and we also loved sampling rotis, freshly made juices and coconut cake from the beach vendors.. LizRoti & Yvonne! We absolutely loved our time here. Brogan Villa has been tastefully and lovingly built and decorated by Debbie and Scott. It is immaculate both inside and out (Natalie the maid is delightful as is Elvis the gardener!) and was a Caribbean dream home. Thank you, Debbie and Scott, for sharing your home with us, we will definitely be back in the future. X

I meant to write this review months ago- but life is busy. This property was beautiful. I would definitely rent again. Prefect for family vacation or large group vacation. HOuse Sits up on a hill and overlooks the water. Sunsets were amazing. The patios were nicely kept and the pools were clean and refreshing. Easy walk into town/Marigot Bay where there were multiple options for eating. The little beach below the house is good for snorkeling but not really a sunbathing beach. We rented a car and drove the island- but don't do this unless you are a very confident driver. A few improvement comments: the stones on the house upper deck are slippery when wet- be careful; the master bedroom bathroom sink is way too small. The kitchen had most everything you needed expect a functioning coffee maker. It would better if you stocked basic ktichen stuff (sugar, flour, salt/pepper, oil, vinegar, etc...this would be a super plus for visiting families). Finally the directions to the house are sadly not great and in the dark was very hard to find the house. Overall- a very amazing to stay and I would recommend this to anyone! Anne

Family vacation in Beautiful St. Lucia
Perfect location, perfect villa and an amazing vacation. Family members met up from the States and England and stayed 10 nights at Villa Brogan. It was very hard saying goodbye to the place. The villa is perfect for large groups, providing more than enough space for everyone. We did hire a car which was arranged through a contact of Nigel and would recommend this to anyone visiting St. Lucia. The staff associated with the villa were great and very accommodating. Cyrus will arrange tour trips for you and also a bbq at the villa with is very tasty. We celebrated our son's 22nd birthday whilst there and Cyrus was able to arrange for a birthday cake. The owners of the villa are fantastic, Debbie goes over and beyond to ensure that all are happy during their stay there. I would definitely recommend this villa for large groups and for discovering the beauty of St. Lucia.

Beautiful and very gracious owners!
We were so delighted with our entire stay. We are a family of 5, with three children aged 18 - 22, and each child had a guest. We also had our in-laws, aged 80+, with us so we had 10 total of varying ages and the accommodation was perfect for all of them. The very close swimming cove was lovely and Marigot bay was an easy 10 minute walk, a little too steep a walk for the in-laws but easy for the rest of us. Our in-laws were happy reading, swimming, and looking out at the beautiful bay and then they just took the very short drive to town when we went out for meals. The house manager and the owners were so hospitable and gracious. The house itself was perfect. What a treat. We highly recommend this villa and St Lucia itself. We felt thoroughly spoiled and are very grateful for all the attention the owners gave to every facet of our stay.

Five Star Holiday
We had a fantastic time at Brogan Villa. The property exceeded our expectations and worked perfectly for our family holiday, with enough space for us all to be together but also not to feel on top of each other thanks to the separate accommodation for Grandparents on the ground floor. The views over the bay and surrounding area are spectacular, and there is a small secluded beach just a couple of minutes walk away. The villa itself was extremely well equipped, with comfy beds and very homely decor. Cyrus and Natalie took great care of us and helped us with everything we needed. We didn't hire a car as it wasn't necessary - we enjoyed the short walk into Marigot Bay most days and the walk back up the hill wasn't a problem, although we did hop in a taxi a couple of times when it was late. The island itself is beautiful and Nigel was fantastic at arranging reasonably priced transport to our favourite beach, Ti Kaye. We also did a couple of boat trips from Marigot Bay, and my husband and I enjoyed a lazy day at Capella. Thank you, Debbie, for making everything so easy and ensuring we had an amazing holiday - we also really appreciated the pre-ordered groceries that were waiting for us on arrival!

Wonderful, amazing villa in prime location for enjoying the island !
we had a great time and perfect villa for family vacation! (Mom, Dad, 4 grown "kids" and 2 significant others!) - over the Christmas to New Year's week, 2017. there was plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone - with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 in a separate downstairs for some good privacy now and then. Easy short drive to Marigot Bay shops, restaurants and activities down the hill (you could walk if you want to), and a short walk to a small, private cove nearby. The owners, Debbie and Scott Larkins, are very engaged and helpful and made our stay so much better with all of their recommendations and local planning help. And, Cyrus Brown, the property manager for the villa, is the best!! highly recommend this villa! Max & Kathy Sherman, Pennsylvania
