It was in a lovely location and would come back probably on a fully inclusive basis as the food was very expensive at the hotel and all restaurants are included in the all inclusive. It’s tired and a few things don’t work as they should and you could have imagined how it was in its hay day. But the suite I had was spacious. There was some confusion as I thought I was getting a hot tub and breakfast included but this was not the case as apparently I didnt click the right button when booking. So in future I will phone to make a booking as I have bad ADHD!

This hotel is a hidden treasure. Even if not everything is one hundred percent modern and upgraded, it is unique because of its history, all the buildings, staircases, fountains and plazas. All employees were very friendly, and the hotel setup is all truly Mexican. Please keep it that way. Looking forward to coming back.

Three-week stay in a "Fantasy Suite" overlooking the beach. Clear, sunny weather nearly the entire time. Friendly staff. Restaurant service has improved. Courses are served very promptly now. Magdelano at the "Beach Club" pool deserves special mention. Our room had a private pool on the patio. That's a "up sell" and is not offered on the Web. The asking price was an extra $130 per day for the pool unit. We finally settled on an extra $80 per day. Worth it.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. All the staff we asked questions to were extremely helpful. The rooms were beautiful and the showers were large. The tile floor was very cold. The restaurants, stores, and beach were all located within the vicinity. We stayed in the furthest tower but the large golf carts would pick us up and drop us back off. Great service to have. The breakfast buffet at The Palmar restaurant was absolutely delicious. The private beach was beautiful and there was fish swimming with us at the shoreline. We needed a boat to accomplish the purpose of our trip and the boat dock with the rental store was right next to the restaurants. We were able to rent a yacht to accommodate our families of 16 people. We will definitely be back soon.

This is a beautiful well-kept property with good amenities and a nice beach. The staff was friendly and responsive. What could be improved is food at the regular restaurant and the outdated cabanas at the beach.

Beautiful views from any location at the hotel. The room had a big terrace, table and 2 chairs, it would be nice if it had an umbrella. The bathroom needs a little more renovation. There is a coffee maker in the room but only 2 pods a day are included (1 decaf and 1 regular), we asked for both regular and next day we got it why not provide 2 decaf and 2 regular. There is a fair amount of stairs and walking required within the hotel. the grounds are beautiful and very well groomed.

Es un buen lugar para ir en familia, recomiendo el todo incluido, lo único que mejoraría es que los baños necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, pero en general es un buen lugar para vacaciones el personal es muy amable, su playa es bella, también recomiendo ir por el viernes y fines de semana ya que hay más actividades

We've been coming to Las Hadas for 30 years. Still quiet, elegant and beautiful. We had an all-inclusive suite right on the beach with a private pool on our patio. Food is good in four restaurants. No direct flights to Manzanillo from the US. Best flight is on Volaris from CBX (US side of TIJ) non-stop to Colima and a one-hour shuttle to the hotel.

The all inclusive is very limited, they should call it not all inclusive. There is a lot of restaurants closed. There is only one pool availble and one adult one but it is off limits unless you pay extra. The food is not the best. The rooms are okay but way too far from lobby and restaurants. The beach is nice.

Due to low occupancy, as mentioned, the restaurant is opening for a la carte dolphin food, but we have a palmar for breakfast buffet and this specialties legazpi and terral alternate fine cuts and we have the taqueria in oasis. The property was very pretty and mostly clean. But with all the storms it can be expected. There were a lot of stairs to climb. But that’s what the property is all about. Beautiful. I especially want to mention Alejandro , who works in the breakfast are and Sarah, who cleaned our room. They did an awesome job. All the staff was very friendly.
