Bedroom 2 – 1queen bed, 1 single bed

Linen, bath towels, bath mat, hand towel and tea towels provided (linen for day bed can be provided for an additional charge).

Sleeps up to 5 guests - but may accomodate a 6th person on daybed in loungeroom.

You can lie in bed and watch the surf from the main bedroom or the daybed!

The loungeroom has internet connected, Tv, Dvd and sound system.

There is a good library of books and cookbooks for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen has a plenty of cooking utensils and appliances. (sorry no room for a dishwasher!)

There is also a 4 burner gas Bbq outside on the deck with a backup gas bottle.

The large dining table outdoors easily sits 6.

What to do at Beach Break? You could just gaze at the ocean and watch for dolphins year round or whales (May/June and November) if thats what you want!

You can fish, surf, swim or walk along the beach right in front of the house or walk to Lake Conjola or Bendalong if you prefer still water beaches.

Winter is also great for walking, reading and cooking with friends and there are electric heaters.

Manyana is just on a 3 hour drive from Canberra and Sydney.

The area is well known for year round activities like surfing, fishing, boating, bushwalking and off road mountain biking.
