“Dr Rovel Malayan Best and worst”

The staff were terrific very helpful and honest team; the location is great near Podium, Mega Mall, Robinsons Galleria and St Francis. The room had cockroaches in the bathroom a shot of spray fixed them; the breakfast was not good. The value for money was good if you are after a cheap self contained unit close to the best shopping in Manila. My thanks to the staff for being so helpful and courteous; you all made for a pleasant stay.

“Best value for money”

Pros: 5-star hotel service from front desk staff; very helpful and made us feel right at home. Metro Manila's best malls are a few hundred meters away and taxis are readily available. Hard to beat their room rates for the same type of accomodation in such a prime location. Cons: Although they don't claim to be a 5-star hotel, facilities like their TVs could use some upgrading. If it weren't complimentary, I wouldn't have bothered with the breakfast buffet. Conclusion: Keep your rates competitive and I'd stay in your hotel everytime I'm in Metro Manila

“Satisfied and Happy from USA”

“Horrible Room + Hygiene”

The room was horrible, I was watching TV in the living room, when a cockroach 1inch big started walking down the floor. The main door had troubles being closed and open by the key. It sucked for a 4star hotel.

“good but for the surroundings”

The hotel was well appointed and the staff were very helpful. The location surroundings were very rundown and looked like a ghetto. Especially at night it was dark and I was not about to step oiut of the hotel.. overall the hotel was great value for money if you just wanted to stay at the hotel. forget about the surroundings.... dont venture out!

“Good Value. Not a good as Linden Suites.”

Good location. Close to SM Mega Mall and other malls. Plenty of places to eat and shop. Safe location to walk around. No hot wall. More like warm water. Must run water for several minutes to get warm. Elevators are slow. Swimming pool, located outdoors, is cold. No internet access in rooms. Must go to a specific floor. Jogging path is a small circle located next to helicopter pad. Gym has simple equipment and weights. No air conditioning. You'll sweat just sitting down. To get to path and gym, you must climb several flights of stairs which is a workout itself. For breakfast, you must go outside and eat at a small restaurant. Food is all right. For it's price, this hotel isn't bad. If you can shell out a few extra dollars more a night, Linden Suites is more spacious and has better facilities. But, this hotel isn't horrible, just was spoiled by Linden.
