“Look no further!”
I wanted for nothing. I think the best thing about the hotel is not many know about it yet! I will still there during my every visit. Much better then the other.
“Good hotel in a good area”
This was a nice, comfortable hotel. The butler service was impressive. The only thing I had an issue with was the fact that they charge for you to use the computer in the business center. Considering that they offer free wi-fi in the rooms, that did not make much sense to me.
“Nice Hotel in "walking" area, but many loud guests”
Nice Hotel in "walking" area, but many loud guests (probably because Casino located on same property)
“Very fine and sophisticated hotel”
Stayed here for one night and it was one of the best nights i have ever had in a hotel. conveniently located near shops and food stalls. Service was amazing and the overall appearance of the hotel was outstanding.
“Excellent refurbishment of guest rooms”
The entry level guestrooms are being refurbished and we had the chance to be accommodated in one of them. Nice and functional layout, quality bathroom and bathroom amenities. Standard International hotel chain TV set up. The most convenient amenity was the free wifi. The downside of the hotel is the absence of quality food and beverage outlets despites the proximity of a large shopping mall with the usual Phillipines series of fast food restaurants.
“Best hotel in Manila”
stayed in this hotel for 9 nights. just can find nothing to complain about. the service and the attitude of the staff was absolutely tops.
“Very impressive staff”
The hotel and the hotel staff are very professional. The service was very good and the hotel was very accomodating. I enjoyed a very relaxing stay and looking forward to returning.
“nice exec room, but....”
-the room in itself is nice Nice furniture. But when I ask a non smoking room, I expect to get a non smoking room. When I arrived tin he room, it first smelled of cheap air fresheners, and when that scent went away, the smell of smoke was unmistakable. -the food is overall disappointing (restaurant and room service). I ordered a salad (walnut/chicken/greens), and I ended having some tired looking salad leaves with tiny/inexistent pieces of chicken, and the alleged walnuts where in fact some shredded pieces of some unidentified walnuts candy bar. The cheese of the pizza in the restaurant tasted of plastic. -staff is reasonably customer oriented and friendly. - free wireless access throughout the hotel is a plus. -I would not hang out on my own in the vicinity of the hotel at night. -nice views from the restaurant located one of the high floors. -nice pool and gym. -basic security screening
“excellent hotel for busines or vacation for males or couples”
My stay at the Pan Pacific was very good. Got an upgrade on check-in to high room overlooking the Bay - which looks great from a distance. Room service food was good but pricey. Guests have access to a 2 Gyms one is a separate "Slimmers Gym/Sauna" which has their own clients and is fully equipped, but for some reason was extremely hot - perhaps good for slimmers. Robinson mall is closeby as well as the entertainment: club, bars and restraunts areas. This hotel I wouldn't recommend to familes as the area surrounding the hotel is not great when walking such as to the mall, baywalk or local restraunts watch out for kids who may swarm you to grab something. One other negative: I asked for a late check-out which was given by desk staff, but well before that check-out time hotel staff were knocking on my door asking when I was checking-out?
“Looking forward to go back”
Courteous staff, highly secured entrances with security guards with metal detectors, excellent native cuisine at rooftop restaurant. Great breakfast buffet.
