“would NEVER go back”
I could not imagine ever thinking of returning to the Makati Crown Regency Hotel. The place’s appearance is dingy, the rooms are VERY small, the breakfast area is REAL small and cannot handle the amount of people in the hotel, the house cleaning is SLOW (even for the Philippines), inefficient and not acceptable. The management is VERY inexperienced and the place seems to be poorly managed. While checking out they tried to charge me for an extra key that I did not have. No, I wouldn’t stay there again at all.
“Not Worth the Price”
I booked this hotel based on internet reviews. Location is great but hotel is not worth the cheaper cost. Difficult to find parking in front and front desk wanted 1,0000 PHP from me at check-in for "incidentals" which I refused to pay. My room smelled like insecticide with a faint smell of urine. The free Wifi was slow at times and the furniture is very old. The staff was pretty much pleasant but I would recommend just paying the extra money to stay at one of the bigger 5-star hotels in Makiati.
“Warm Stay”
it was 2nd time stayed so almost the same were easy access on everything, service staff were around anytime you want, upset as needed to go before bfast open as last time i had it was very nice good hot selection and the toast i still can remember it. clean simple hotel were you will enjoy shopping ,clean and safe none huslte
“Good Value Hotel, Great Location”
This clean, new-looking hotel is across the street from SM (and Dusit Thani) and within walking distance of Glorietta and Greenbelt.
“Nice Clean Friendly Hotel with limited AC”
A nice hotel inside and out. The staff is great and eager to help. Lots of shopping with in walking distance. The AC was a let down, I would stay again only if I knew the AC was working properly. Very hard to sleep at night when sweating.
“Will Not Stay gain”
The room I got was small and when I tried to upgrade they said the room would be the same size. The stand that the TV was on was unstable.bathroom was small. The bright spot was the breakfast and the staff at breakfast.
“Never Again”
It was really too bad . I will never stay there again . Room was too bad and decorated so old and dirty . breakfast was very limited with testless stuff. workers are out of this world . they are not well trained for business
“Used hotel on (2) different occasions.”
The location was perfect for public transportation convenience, shopping and proximity to the airport. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.
“Sad experience at the hotel”
I called 2x to advise of my early checkin and was guaranteed by fd named Jeng that its confirmed, upon arrival,we were advised they didnt guaranteed anything and so we waited at the lobby for 1 hr before we can check in.No information here in expedia nor on the hotel's website that there would be a charge of Php15 per local call. You will only knew upon check out and charge you of if.Evry dial at the phone whether you have talked to someone on the line or not theres still a charge.
“i will go again”
good value
