“Its home away from home”

Location is good and the service,,,,,my only comment is the shower room, its full of moulds, the cleaner might not see the molds ,,,well anyways if the management see this please check room 1704 shower area,,, but everything is great,,,,,,i hope their breakfast should have filipino breakfast like dried fish , tocino and longanisa

“The lap of luxury”

First time in PI and I was nervous about finding a good hotel. The amenities were great. Mall was located beneath the hotel and the breakfast was great. Only improvement would be to the room service menu and having it available past 10:30pm.

“Best Family hotel in Town”

It was my second visit to Ascott Makati. First visit was family travel, and second visit was business travel with colleague. I like Ascott's location first ,,it is connected with Glorieta4(?).shopping mall. Full of shops and restaurants. Second,Ascott got Wonderful breakfast restaurant.. You will be satisfied...

“I `come back next year again”

“Great hotel in a great location!”

We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom unit. It was huge. More space than needed for the two of us. My favorite feature of the room is the washer and dryer. The hotel is connected to Glorietta shopping mall. As soon as you walk out of the hotel you are in the center of a shopping area. Inside the hotel is very quiet and security is good. Breakfast was ok.

Area recommendations

Makati area definitely for the shopping and food. As well as global city which is an up and coming area. And of course you have to go to Greenhills in San Juan for the bargain shopping.

Getting around

Taxis are super cheap and easy to use and almost everyone speaks English.

“Will certainly stay here next time I'm in town”

This hotel is in a fabulous location. It really couldn't be better situated for shopping, nightlife and restaurents. The hotel rooms are spacious and well mantained and every comfort has been thought of. I enjoyed the informal feel of the reception area, efficient without being ostentatious while everyone was helpful and friendly with aready smile whatever the time of day.

Area recommendations

I only stayed in Makati, which I absolutely loved. However I did fit in time for a Visit to Greenhills Flea Market and Mall which was teeming with life, exciting and great shopping fun.

“They remembered me from the last visit”

The customer service was incredible! Upon arrival the guy in the front desk remembered me from my last visit (6 months ago) and greeted me by my name! My only negative is that they still charge for internet service. (I think it should be included in the price) BUT at least now you can have 2 wifi devices logged on at the same time.

Area recommendations

Makati. Because it is the pulse of Manila. Excellent for shopping, restaurants and bars!
