Absolutely lived it here! Glad we had booked this, so much around the area, shops, beach, dinner options etc. The breakfadt buffet was just brilliant. Recommended to definitely stay here if your on this side of Picafort. The baby cot was good quality and big! Had to drop a star due to some stuff not working in the bathroom like the shower head leaking out by the side and the hairdryer but staff helped us with everything :) 5/5!!! We'll be back!

I found everybody at the hotel to be friendly and helpful and just truly lovely. The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the morning buffet was excellent.

Beautiful room that looks right out on the beach. The sliders out to the patio are very hard to slide, but otherwise everything was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful and they let us in at 6:30am to get coffee the day we left!

룸 크기도 여유있고 청소도 깨끗했습니다 수영장 사이즈가 크지 않아도 깊은 풀이 있어서 아이 어른 모두 즐거운 시간이었습니다. 주변에 음식점, 슈퍼, 쇼핑몰도 작게 있어서 지내는 3박이 아쉽게 느껴졌네요. 바로 근처에 셀프빨래방도 있어서 너무 좋았답니다 😉

I’ve booked two side sea view rooms and expected to get these. To my disappointment we didn’t get any of the promised rooms. When I’ve complained at reception, my request was ignored. The hotel also charges €3 per day for using the safe lock in the rooms, which is unacceptable! However the location of the hotel is amazing, gorgeous beach and lovely restaurants close by. I would definitely return to this area, but definitely not to this hotel!

The Reception guy was not interested at all when we checked in. He gave us a room 652 which never existed. We went up 3 times to check and could not find it. Asked him 3 times and he wouldn’t help. Finally my friend managed to find the room number as A1. Rude staff

Der Meerblick ist unglaublich schön! Zum Strand sind es keine 100 Meter! Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und groß genug. An der Promenade gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafés zum verweilen. Zur Begrüßung gibt es Bier und Wasser, im Zimmer gibt es auch einen Wasserkocher und Tee sowieso Pulverkaffee. Negativ: Die Getränke beim Frühstück sind katastrophal.. der Kaffee schmeckt nicht gut und die „Säfte“ sind künstliches Zeug das ungenießbar ist. Ansonsten war das Essen beim Frühstück in Ordnung und ausreichend.

Appartement avec 1chambre neuf, joli mais la clim ne fonctionne que dans le salon et la salle de bain, un technicien nous a confirmé que c'était normal.Donc nuit difficile avec 35 degrés a l'extérieur . Pas suffisamment de transat autour de la piscine . Piscine gardée par un maitre nageur. Porte qui peut etre ouverte juste en l'ouvrant fort sans la clé. Bon petit déjeuné, dîner demi pension sans les boissons meme pas l'eau est gratuite. Et repetitif. Sinon tres bel emplacement mer superbe et a proximité de tout .

Schöne Location direkt an der Promenade. Geräumig und schön eingerichtetes Appartement. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Kissen allerdings zu dick so dass ich mir ein Kissen vom Sofa beziehen musste. Die Wände sind recht dünn wie in fast jedem Hotel. Insgesamt kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen dort.

An extremely good hotel, which was completely ruin
The hotel itself and the service was 10+. At the same time, there were a couple of very big problems, because of which I myself will never visit this hotel again. The point is that the toilet door was made of glass, which was a few centimeters away from the wall, and it is not at all comfortable to be in this hotel with a partner when going to the toilet using every voice, the stench escapes into the living room, also the shower had no curtain in front and when washing, the entire shower room and toilet were drenched, water even seeped into the living room.

Goed georganiseerd 'no nonsense' hotel. Zeer vriendelijk en professioneel personeel. Prima kwaliteit van producten en variatie in het aanbod van zowel het ontbijt als het diner. Leuk en efficiënt systeem van polsarmbadjes met tag om deur te openen. Zeker zijn geld waard. Ongelukkige plaatsing van de liften (in doorgang naar restaurant ) en vaak lang op de liften wachten. Zwembad klein en weinig sfeer.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Hotel direkt am Strand und an der Promenade von Can Picafort. Es gibts wirklich nichts auszusetzen vom Check in bis zum Check Out. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das zu jederzeit. Die Zimmer sind super sauber top ausgestattet und wirklich schön groß. Ganz lieben Grus ans Hotel und Team wir kommen aufjedenfall mal wieder zurück.

La habitation familiar en la parte nueva del hotel fue super comoda, muy bien pensada y organizada. Todo queda al salir del hotel, y lo puedes hacer todo andando. La única cosa que puedo decir es que faltaban amenidades en la habitación. Como por ejemplo: si hay una cafetera nespresso, lo normal es que hayan unas cápsulas para utilizarla, pues en unas vacaciones cortas no vas a comprar cápsulas o viajar con ellas sin saber el modelo de la cafetera. Lo mismo con la cocina, faltaban utensilios básicos. Por lo demás, todo genial!

Super godt hotel
Super godt hotel og fine lejligheder. Vi havde en lejlighed med udsigt og den var fantastisk. Gode senge. Der er køleskab i lejligheden. Vi købte morgenmad 3 gange og den var rigtig god og varieret. Man skal dog være opmærksom på at lejlighederne ligger tæt og lidt på skrå, så man er ikke så privat på balkon. Desuden ligger hotellet klods op af strandpromenaden og dermed er der ikke særlig meget ro når man opholder sig på balkonen. Mange af balkonerne vender desuden lige ud til pool området og det giver selvfølgelig også støj. Det er selvfølgelig forskelligt hvad man gerne vil med sin ferie, så vil man have en mere rolig ferie bør man nok finde et andet hotel.
