Nothing works - the AC, the WIFI.....no apologies either. Clearly, the hotel is popular because of its price - so perhaps it’s time to actually invest in some renovations, to bring the building and it’s amenities up to what they advertise it to be, at the very least! Dated and disappointing, hot, loud and unapologetic.

Dirty, blood stained sheets left on the bed for 8 nights despite several requests to change them. We had to shower in cold water for the last 4 nights because their boiler broke, no apologies or information offered. The rooms were not cleaned well and the breakfast was dreadful, toast and cornflakes for 10 mornings. Smelly staff in a dingy horrible hotel

Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. Room booked had twin beds, private balcony looking down onto shops. Room basic, no phone, no tea making facilities, no mini bar or fridge. Main entrance to hotel seems to be left permanently unlocked - we checked in in the early hours and had to summon someone to the reception desk. A surly young man called Alex that greeted us with "you're too early",demanded the "tourist tax" there and then, I explained that I had no currency and he grudgingly agreed I could pay it the next day. He then presented me with a form in Spanish,So I asked if he had it in English, he said he didn't and that it was police requirement that I sign it. I then insisted that he translate it for me - he then grabbed a drawerful of these completed forms to substantiate his request. We were given our keys and directed to our room - no information was offered or provided about breakfast times or where it would be served.

Estuvimos 8 dias y ni una nevera tocaba alquilarla 4€ por dia el baño no lo aseaban y olia super mal el desague haiamos visto otras fotos y al llegar aya era otra habitacion totalmente diferente

Estimado Fredy, has estado 6 dias, no 8. Es por empezar.Los habitaciones tienen todo que esta expuesto en anuncio. No hay nevera. Raro esperar algo que desde inicio no hay. Y de los fotos, cada categoria de habitacion tiene exactamente las fotos de esta categoria. Que si has pedido vista al mar sin pagarlo, esto es otra cosa. Por nuestro lado, gracias por los comentarios, vamos a continuar a trabajar para que los gentes disfrutan de nuestras instalaciones. Saludos desde Can Picafort

Ich bin sehr positiv überrascht worden. Den Erfahrungsberichten im Internet zu Folge bin ich vom aller schlimmsten ausgegangen. Unser Zimmer 203 war wirklich gut,. Das Bett 1a, Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Möbel sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber da wir sie nicht genutzt haben, war es Ok. Ein Safe war im Zimmer. Das junge Mädel an der Rezeption war unwahrscheinlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hotel ist wirklich keine 2 min vom Strand entfernt. Die Einkaufspassage ebenso. Frühstück im Hotel haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir außerhalb gegessen haben. Der Aldi war max 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.. Alles in allem der perfekte Kurzurlaub. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, definitiv nochmal hier hin zu kommen.

La ubicación está genial y la habitación económica amplia y agradable además de limpia excepto que había arena en el suelo y la televisión por cable no se podía ver porque perdía constantemente la señal de antena.

Bettlaken unsauber. Zimmer werden nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt und Handtücher bekommt man auch nur alle 3 Tage, wobei im Internet TÄGLICHER ZIMMERSERVICE steht. Pro zusätzliches Handtuch werden 5€ verlangt, wobei nur 1 pro Person auf dem Zimmer ist. Frühstück wird auch nicht mehr angeboten.

Hallo,Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Die Handtücher werden alle zwei Tage gewechselt, sofern nicht mehr gewünscht wird. Und das alles haben Sie beim Einchecken in den Bedingungen aufgeschrieben. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass Sie von einem Ein-Sterne-Hotel mehr erwartet haben, und wir konnten es nicht erfüllen.Grüße,

Wir waren viel unterwegs daher hat es super gepasst. Die nähe zum Strand war super. Parkmöglichkeiten sind mäßig , da muss etwas zeit eingeplant werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wem Sauberkeit, eine gute Umgebung und eine tolle Aussicht reicht ist hier genau richtig. Ich würde nur den Stockwerk 3-4 anfordern. Da i, zweiten stock der Ausblick gut ist, aber es geht ja immer besser:)

Das Hotel liegt zentral und die Promenade/ das Meer sind nur ca. 100 m entfernt. Es war sauber und regelmäßig wurden die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach und nicht auf dem neusten Stand , aber vollkommen okay. Leider wird im Winter kein Frühstück angeboten, ich habe dort also nur übernachtet. Sowohl das Foyer als auch die Zimmertüren wurden bereits erneuert. Vielleicht werden nach und nach die Zimmer ja ebenfalls noch renoviert. Alles in allem habe ich für wenig Geld dort eine gute Zeit verbracht.

Veldig fint hotell til rimelig pris. Svært nær stranden og sentralt til alt i Can Picafort. Savnet kjøleskap og hyppigere renhold på rommene. Ellers veldig hyggelig betjening og greie rom.

Viaje a Mallorca para hacer unas compras y reserve la habitación para 2 noches. Llegamos y a primera vista dejaba mucho que desear... pero bueno, por el precio...no se podía pedir mucho. A la mañana, me meto en la ducha y no hay agua caliente.. ale! Ducha fría. La reserva ponía desayuno INCLUIDO, pues me dicen que no, que es "excluido" que si queremos un café bueno...pero nada de desayuno... Nos vamos a dar una vuelta, y al llegar...ni habían pasado ha hacer la cama ni nada... he ido a sitios más económicos y solo en los albergues te tienes que apañar...

El desayuno siempre viene EXCLUIDO, y se ha pedido que nos enseña donde pone que fui incluido pero nunca has presentado ningun comprobante. Un cordial saludo desde Mallorca.

Leider haben wir das gebuchte Frühstücksbuffet nicht erhalten. Für uns sehr ärgerlich, da wir mit sehr geringen Budget gereist sind. Check-in war etwas schwierig. Bei der Touristenabgabe wurde nicht der offizielle Betrag gefordert. Witzigerweise hat die Dame die Differenz dann einfach vom Tresen genommen. Da lag noch etwas Geld rum.. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber. Es hatte ein Fenster, welches in eine Art Schacht führte. Frischluft = Fehlanzeige. Es gab warme Decken und eine Klimaanlage/Heizung. So konnte das kalte Zimmer etwas erwärmt werden!

Für den Preis ganz ok. Eher nicht für längere Aufenthalte geeignet. Mitarbeiter sind nicht besonders freundlich, Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen und es war nachts extrem laut. Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, was super ist. Das Frühstück selbst war ok (Toast, Käse, Wurst etc.). Rezeption ist leider nur von 14-22 Uhr besetzt.

We weren't expecting much out of the hotel and planned to spend most of the time on the beach anyway, but Villa Bárbara was fantastic! We had room 001 with the balcony overlooking the busy shopping street and although it's a relatively small room, it was perfect for us. The only thing lacking is a fridge I think. The bed was very comfortable (nice and firm) and the shower pressure was absolutely great. I really looked forward to taking showers after the beach because of that! The beach is one block away, super amazing location and you can generally find free parking on the same street as Villa Bárbara or on the one closer to the beach. The sounds from the busy street couldn't be heard while we slept, so that was a relief. The air conditioner worked but never became as cool as we were hoping, which wasn't a big deal at all.The wifi had a good connection and the breakfast was everything you need: cereal, bread, cheese, tomato, salami, yogurt, juice and coffee. The staff were nice and helpful too! I would definitely stay here again.

Ottima la posizione. La colazione ok, semplice. Ciò che ci mancava, che usualmente si trova negli hotel, era un phone per asciugare i capelli e saponi per la doccia. Dato che non era così caldo nn abbiamo sentito la necessità del frigo.
