“Great Hotel / Hot Room”
We loved everything about this hotel except one thing: the rooms are not air conditioned. The staff and service were great and the location is perfect, right on the edge of the city center with a full view of the port on the Mediterranean. The mini-bar was even complimentary. The public areas are air conditioned and there is an operable window in the room, but we were surprised about the lack of air conditioning. Even in November, the room was too warm to be comfortable.
“Excellent for comfort and location”
Hotel was accommodating in the fact that our flight landed at 9am we took the bus to the hotel it stopped right in front. The front desk apologized that there would be no rooms available until 12 noon. At which time they would give us the rooms. Allowed us to leave bags in the hotel and showed us all the sites within walking distance . At 12noon we were given keys to our room and told the in room bar was free. All in all a great experience .
“I will look for another with the great view.”
My room, while clean and comfortable, did not engender a feeling of security. The door looked like it had been broken into because the wood by the lock was broken and poorly repaired and the door itself jiggled while closed. The lobby had a bad aroma. The employees were quick to be helpful and friendly. My room overlooked the harbor and I was able to watch one of the Santa Semana processions from the window which I was able to open and get fresh air. I should have returned my rental car as it was very expensive to park and I did not use it once I was registered.
“Great Hotel”
Great Location. Nice rooms. All they could add would be free wifi. The problem with anything over three stars is that they nickel and dime you for things like Wifi.
“Excellent location”
The breakfast is not included, it costs 9 E. Take a walk out the hotel and you have a wide choice of places to choose from for as little as 2 E. Oh the internet also very expensive, a card cost 6.50 E for one hour , again take a walk and it will cost you 1 E for more
“Very pleasant stay”
The hotel was very neat and clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location is also ideal since it is in walking distance to all of Malaga's main tourist attractions.
