Nice property and good value. Breakfast was included and had plenty of options. Our room had a mini fridge and kettle, which were both useful to us. The toiletries were very nice.

this was a very comfortable and convenient hotel. the bed was excellent and we had a wonderful sleep every night. glad they had a gym too. staff very helpful. close to transportation.

Liked the large rooms and proximity to mass transit and Retiro Park. The breakfast was nice too. Didn't like lack of garbage can in main room. Box of facial tissue would be a big plus.

We were in June 2023. In our room the mattress was old and when we went to bed, we noticed the springs that almost came out. The elevators show a lack of maintenance and of the three that they have in the main building, only one works. Otherwise, the staff is very professional and friendly. The problem is in the beds and the elevators. Our friends who were in another room had the same problem.

Very nice older property. Clean and maintained well. All staff were friendly and eager to help. European Breakfast buffet was great. You could order eggs however you liked. Near Retiro Park. Taxi stand right outside.

The hotel met all our expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Room is modern, ckean with great view from the 6th floor. The elevatos are clean, updated and fast. Toiletries were adequate and equipments and appliances were working well. Breakfast is available but we leave early and ate out.

We have stayed here several times in the past and we choose it for its location that is still close to big sites, but outside the craziness of the city center. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet.

Very good location, near metro. Crossed Retiro Park to get to City Center, which I enjoyed. . Was about 30min walk to most places. Would recommend. The staff was VERY good.
