“VERY CLEAN AND CONVENIENT HOTEL”

The only thing that I found that was inconvenient was that they don't have a person who helps you with your luggage. I had to go inside the lobby and ask for assistance carrying my luggage inside the hotel. They need more personnel to help clients.

Getting around
This hotel is in a very busy area, you see people the whole day walking on the Gran Via. Even though when you are in your room you can't hear any noises. Don't carry your purse or a big amount of money with you, you know there can be pick pockets. Or put your money somewhere they can't see it. Even though I have never had any problems.
Other
The air conditioner worked perfectly which is a miracle to find in Europe since it was very hot when we were visiting Madrid.

“Great location”

The hotel is in a great location and staff are very nice; however I think the hotel is overrated when comparing it to other 4 star hotels, I would say it is more like a 3 star. Some examples: 1. The TV is very small 2. There is no iron in the room and it is not possible to get one, so if you need to iron something you need to ask them to iron it for you and of course to pay for that 3. We stayed there for 5 nights and they never left additional soap in the bathroom, on night 4 when we came back late at night and we asked for soap because we didn't have any more left, they said it was locked and we would need to wait until next day to get some

“Everything was great!”

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel...Extremely satisfied with everything this hotel offers, I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Madrid..Great location, great rooms... This hotel adds more beauty to the city of Madrid!!

“Romantic Boutique Hotel in the Heart of Madrid”

The hotel is very centrally located between the Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, shopping right on Gran Via, the metro to the airport and Chueca. The room is nicely furnished in the style of the 1950s with contemporary amenities and electronics. Sexy bathroom and decor. Centrally located and yet quiet

“Madrid's hidden treasurer”

In addition to the upbeat contemporary style, the hotel had a wonderful front desk staff that was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro to airport and other destinations. It was a refreshing oasis after days of sightseeing on hot summer days. I would stay there again if in Madrid.

“It's Decent”

The hotel was decent, but not 5 star. Service is good, but expensive as any upper scale hotel. Space and comfort are at 3 stars because the bed was very stiff, pillows likewise. Room had an emergency light that stayed on preventing a dark room. Shower had a very sensitive temperature change; tap it and it gets hot or cold instantly. Room was smaller than expected.

“Style with Comfort...Very Impressed!”

Hotel Vincci Via 66 is a very cool hotel. I love the decor and the fact that it's in the middle of everything in Madrid. The rooms are spacious for two people and is very stylish. A defiinite bargain to stay in style and comfort. Highly recommend it and would likely book again when I return to Madrid.

Area recommendations
The neighborhood was very lively and bustling with folks much like being in New York City. Lots of tourists and locals. A very safe area.
