“Best Westren Atlantico Madrid, Spain”
- Comfortable room - Good breakfast with reasonable price - Great location in the city - Helpful staff with availability at all times
“Very nice.”
Nice staff, clean rooms.
“Excellent choice”
The location is great. The room was big and nicely decorated. Had 2 sinks in the bathroom, enough light, and even a mirror for all body. it was clean. The breakfast was very good, also comparing to the price (9Euro).
“It's ok”
Ok
“Lovely, quaint, old charm”
Could not have asked for a more perfect hotel in this price range and location. Wonderful little bar and restaurant at top with excellent service. Computers were slow but available free to the guests. Staff was helpful.
“"Very Impressed"”
Excellent location to all the sights, friendly hotel staff with good english. If your staying in Madrid and want to see the Palace, monuments and museums they are all walkable.
“Great Staff, Noisy Rooms, Awesome Roof Deck”
The room was so drab that it was nearly depressing. However, the public spaces were so nice that it made up for it! I spent most of my time at the bar, lounge, and roof deck. The roof deck is very cool and has excellent views. The service at the bar is great and all of the staff are very nice. The rooms are so noisy though. If someone sneezes in the next room, you hear it! Also, the rooms are kept so hot as are most places in Spain! There is great shopping around but major attractions are a good walk away, if you prefer to walk as I do. The staff is so nice that I feel bad saying bad things about this hotel, but I need to be fair. One huge positive is that there is free Wifi everywhere and it´s powerful and always on. That is a huge plus. Hotels without it will get points off from me from now on, it´s 2011!
“Great hotel in perfect location”
Located on Gran Via only steps from subway stop and 5-10 min walk to both Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Room is very big and luxurious. My only complaint is that upon check in we were not instructed to order a taxi to airport the night before we left. We had to wait almost 15 min for taxi. The hotel staff assured us it was cheaper to call rather than grab one on the street. In the end we didn't save any money so was annoyed that we had waited and risked being late.
“Nice hotel, great location”
Spent a week in Madrid (Oct 2011) and stayed in Best Western Atlantico. Super nice hotel and excellent location. Totally worth the money i paid! Breakfast for 9 euro is good (not included). There are a lot of other options for breakfast - Cafe & Tea and Starbucks right around the corner. 15 min from major museums (Prado, Thyssen), City tour bus stop is right in front of the hotel (huge plus!). If you are ineterested in shopping - El Corte Ingles in accross the street. Highly recommend this hotel!
“Good location”
This hotel is well located but as it is on the Gran Via (a very busy main road) could not have windows open. Suited us well for a short stay.
