“Friendly and worth to stay”
We enjoyed very much of staying at the Confortel Pro XII Hotel, we felt we were very much welcomed by the staff, the beautiful smile and clear English speaking ability made every thing went well. Sandra, the staff at the reception counter, was very helpful and willing to take time to explain to our requests. One thing we agree with other residents was the air conditioner wasn't cool enough especially at the last night of our stay. As a whole, we would love to use this hotel again in our future visit to Madrid.
“Very nice hotel near Chamartín Train Station”
The hotel and room were very well maintained, clean and well-appointed. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Free wi-fi. The hotel restaurant is not a bargain, but the food is decent. The hotel is in a primarily residential district, so there are not many choices in the area for dining or shopping. It is a 20-minute walk from the Chamartín Train Station and a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station, but the staff will be happy to call a taxi for you.
“Not impressed at all”
There was an electrical problem in my stay, really, compare with others I think it wasn't a good selection.
“Good value for your money”
Very nice hotel in quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again, though it is a little far from the Metro which would be a problem if it was the rainy season, but in summer it was fine.

I had a wonderful stay at Confortel Pio XII and would definetly stay there again. The staff was really nice and assisted us advising of bus lines, close by attractions and convenient transportation systems like the train station (Chamartin is just 5 min away), the metro or the bus (route 150 will take you to the center of the city in 15 min or less and allow you to sightsee Madrid in the meantime). It is also close to a supermarket for convenient shopping of groceries. It was my first time in Madrid and my experience was much more pleasant thanks to this hotel.
“Very Impressed”
I just recently visited Madrid with my Best friend and we stayed at the Confortel Pio Xii. The service was great everyone was very nice and helpful. (We called the reception a million times with questions and they were very helpful). The rooms were clean and nice. We definetely enjoyed our stay, totally recommend it!
