We stay here most times we travel through Mackay. It is convenient, clean and has the added benefit of an onsite restaurant.

Best cheap hotel we've stayed at, rooms were refreshed and clean. set up was good and despite being packed from xmas there was no noise.

It was clean and convenient but resort was a bit of a stretch. The hours of their restaurants were very limited.

We had a one night stay on our last night of holidays and wanted somewhere close to the airport. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner in the restaurant followed by a yummy breaky the next morning too. Staff booked a taxi for us to take us to the airport. A great overnight stay for a family of four at a very good price.

We only stayed one night. The room was clean and the bed was absolutely comfortable. The only down fall was we couldn’t eat in the restaurant for dinner. Other than that out was absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Advertise parking - which there was but it was a free for all so no lines - etc. was worried if I went to get dinner o would have to park out the front in visitor parking and walk to the back -

The resort was beautiful. Toilet seat was broken didn't get a chance to tell anyone sorry. Water should of been free in the motel not charged. But overall was a pleasant stay.

Booked this place because it was highly rated. Not sure how it managed that. Room smelled damp and didnt figure out why until after going to bed. Air conditioner dripped water onto carpet even afte r we switched it off. Booked a spa room for a treat, no doors on the bathroom, not good if you need to poop. Got up to use the toilet in the middle of the night and discovered the toilet was leaking and id stepped in a puddle of toilet water. Wont be using this motel again. Badly maintained, dated and overpriced.

Thank you for your feed back Darren. We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. We were unaware of any issues with the toilet or air conditioner. The toilet was serviced and repaired less than 2 months ago and had not had any problems since. The air conditioners have also recently been serviced/bag washed. Humidity and having temp down too low can cause problems. Online bookings incur commission fees that can be avoided. We will look into your concerns and remedy any issues that need attention. Lovey motel with friendly staff, beautiful pool and comfortable beds which is most important on those long trips in the car. Can’t rate restaurant as it was closed on night of our stay. Overall I’ll happy stay here again on our next trip.
