Hi Frazer, Thank you for your review. As I mentioned on arrival if there is anything you need let me know. We are here to ensure your stay is comfortable, If you didn't like the bed the first night, you could have come to me at reception and I could have put you into another room. You mentioned there were no blankets, but you found it, I did offer you another blanket but you said no. I am disappointed because Reception is here to help. I have people come to me to rectify the situation if need be. I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay, but I can say we have 99% of people that do enjoy their stay and they come to me in person should they have any issues with the room and we action it straight away. Your mention of Do not recommend will not be an issue for us. Cheers.

Thank you for your review. Yes, our Motel is old and yes we have lots to upgrades to do such as paint, carpet, toilets, air cons etc. We are currently working on this as we have had to do new roofing first and then the next stages. We wish you safe travels.

Hello, Thank you for your review. The restaurant was closed because We-Managers and my husband also the chef were away on days off. Our restaurant is open to the public/guests, providing they book ahead. We will not open the restaurant for 1 or 2 people, as it is not feasible to run the air con/lights and wait for someone to walk in. We are always busy serving our in-house guest with meals that are served off the restaurant menu as room service. Majority of our regular guests like this.The glass/cup not clean, did you come and advise us, if you had we apologize for the error and we would have replaced it for you. We are always available right up to 9.30pm at night. We could have fixed this up straight away. cheers.
