“Great hotel, wonderful owner”

Roberto runs a great hotel, will work to accommodate your needs. The food in the attached restaurant is wonderful and very typical of Tuscany. All of the staff is willing to help, and most speak very good English if needed. Don't forget to visit the spa at the Terme!

“Would definitely recommend”

The managers were very prompt in responding to my emails. Everything went as expected. There is an internet in the lobby for a modest fee. The food in the restaurant was very good. I was also happy with the included breakfast buffet. I would definitely return. Bagni di Lucca is a lovely town and we had a view of the river from our room.

“Leo”

Very average hotel. Don't bother to go for a room with a river view as the river is non existant. Takes about 10mins to get warm water in the shower and the pressure is not very good. Breakfast was good but be prepared to wait for hot drinks.
