Great start. Luke at the front desk gave a warm, genuine welcome without any 'corporate speak' that sometimes sounds like it's from a script.
Room very clean with good amenities - has the feel of a company that knows how to please and takes trouble to maintain a high standard.
The inclusive breakfast deserves a special mention - brilliant value and far better than most hotel breakfasts that come with an extra charge.
I'd say this hotel is unbeatable at its price point. I'll be back!"
