This is a good family resort, great beach, nice pools, family friendly activities, and nice rooms. Our ocean facing suite was huge and well appointed. Comfortable beds and big bathroom. Great for spending family away from the pools. Booking system for sit down restaurants was archaic. Reservations began at 8 pm and were done in 3 day blocks. Long wait to reserve. Video notice boards would be useful to update activities and locations. Food is OK. Good variety, items for kids.

We liked our room and amenities in general, sleepers would have been a good option. The pools were clean and the service at the pool and beach was excellent. We found the food to be pretty good but the drinks not so much. We had dinner at the Italian restaurant and the food was nice, the service was as bit slow, it felt understaffed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and probably be back.

We generally enjoyed our stay! 4.5 overall.
Grounds and beach: 5/5
Room: 5 we had an ocean view suite and it was fabulous - #3422
Staff: 5 (Efren at Divum was an absolute delight!)
Food: Divum: 5, everywhere else 4 - 4.5
Music: 1 Terrible techno music near the pool in afternoons that I suspect few of the guests actually liked, otherwise 5 earlier in day
Activities: 3. Wished they offered yoga daily. The rental system at the beach was limited/overprices/unclear. If you’re into being active, the resort is fairly limited- no tennis/pickleball courts, No lap pool, etc.
