“Nice breakfast”
comfortable and good value. close to great shopping!
“Nice place to stay”
This was a nice place to stay; like your home away from home. All amenities were great. The only issue with our room was the front door. The door locked but not secure enough four our 17 month old daughter to be able to open it. Additionally the latch on top-side of the door was loose as there were only 2 screws holding it together when there should be 4. In order to feel safe and assured, we kept a chair in front of the door so we would know if our daughter tried to open it again as well as if anyone tried to break in... although, in the evening we noticed the place also had a security guard from when you entered the complex. That was reassuring too. :)
“Family Vacation”
This is a great hotel for families. It is more like small apartments. It is in a great neighborhood and close to the beach. The only problem I had was it was kind of small. We got the suite but I thought the room was separate from the living room. But overall it was great.
“Great location”
Convenient location, near mall, restaurants, coffee shops, and beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.
“good suite hotel”
Good location central for most LA attractions. LA Galaxy, Dodgers Lakers,Beaches with restaurants & shopping close by. All suite hotel with great amenities, free breakfast offered or cook your own en suite if you prefer. Enjoyed our stay & would recommend.
“Unable to get good sleep”
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Our experience was mixed. We were in the first floor. On a couple of nights there were guests in the second floor and the ceiling was of the room was so thin that we could constantly hear every time they move around in their room. For whatever reason it seems they decided to walk/run/take shower, etc from 1:00AM to about 4:00AM. So we couldn't get good sleep on two out of the three nights we stayed there. Hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was quite ok.
“Great stay”
first time at a Residence Inn. They where great with an early checkin and I really enjoyed the kitchen area and free internet. Thanks.
“Residence Inn Redondo Beach”
My husband and I and our 3 kids stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The suite had 2 double beds and a double pull out sofa. The beds were comfortable, including the sofa bed. There was a full size refrigerator, microwave and small stove. There was not an oven, although I overheard another guest say that some units do have ovens. The pool area is nice and is located next to a patio with a grill and firepit. There are multiple hot tubs. I used the laundry facilities which offered several coin operated washers and dryers ($1.25-$1.50). Laundry detergent is available for purchase at the front desk. The hotel, pool and room were all very clean. We did not participate in the evening social hour, but there is a free daily breakfast. The breakfast was okay. There were pancakes, eggs, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, toast, waffles, juice, milk, etc. We usually had breakfast later in the morning which seemed to be a busy time. Going earlier might be better. The location of the hotel is convenient and in a decent part of town. There is a grocery store, Starbucks, shopping mall, Target, and restaurants nearby. We got some take out at a great italian place called Scardinos. It was easy to get on the freeway to go into LA and maybe 20 minutes from the airport. Santa Monica is also close and is a good day trip for a visit to the pier or a really nice outdoor mall on the Third Street Promenade. I was happy with our stay at the hotel and thought it was a great value.
“Great place for families”
Very happy with this hotel. The room was spacious and clean and included a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and range. The hotel also offered free breakfast, which had everything you could want. The breakfast plus being able to cook a few dinners saved us a lot of money! Pool area was clean and well-maintained as well as the hot tubs. Also liked the gas grill/fire pit area and wish we hadn't been to busy seeing the sights to enjoy them. On the downside, I would have liked to have had an updated tv that swiveled so it could be easily seen from both the sitting area and the beds. Couch was also not very comfortable. Location was a good area, but a little farther from the beach than I would have preferred. It was, however, close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to visit - we would definitely go back!
“Loved LA!”
Other than the traffic, we had a a great time in LA!
