“Good but parking is a rip off”

Thought the hotel was great and very convenient to the Promenade and beach in Santa Monica. However, if you bring a car, be ready to pay $28 per day to park your car. It's absolutely ridiculous!!! I couldn't believe that a guest at the hotel could not park for free (or at least a reasonable cost). I'm not a cheap skate either. I'm not afraid to pay when I need to. But this really irked me.

“Nice stay”

The hotel its located in area of many homeless and some of the area feels insecure,,the hotel its nice and safe, for short stay,or business trip i recomend it,So expensive for my budget,i expect more of the area.Nice Gym with sauna,pool area not to big.Romms are like a spacious apartment,very cool.

“Great Customer Service”

The Front Desk staff were really friendly & welcoming & the warm cookies on arrival were a lovely gesture. Great customer service at this hotel!

“Highly recommended”

I can highly recommend Double Tree Apartments. The location is terrific, a very short walk to everything, very easy to get to from LAX. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the price is very competitive. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Way impressed. Way convenient.”

Soo great! Pool, mini gym, bar, restaurant and in walking distance of third street and the beach. They don't mention the valet overnight fee though. $25 a night.
