"We stayed in 2 different rooms during our 3 night stay. First one was leaking rust out of the shower, the manager did change our room. No air conditioning, and shower had hair in it, manager did send someone to clean it, but pictures in the ad were nothing like the room we stayed in. Breakfast was barely edible and expensive. Spoke to the hotel manager at the time about a refund for the last day of breakfast and refused to give me one, but offered to have food prepared for our travels, bread was dry, and only had a slice of meat and cheese. I spoke to other guests during the stay and they said they stayed there many times before and never had any issues until this stay as well. We have traveled all around the world and have necer had this type of experience. I will be looking for another Hotel the next time I am in London and recommend others do the same."

"The hotel is ideally situated for Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square including theatres, Covent Garden and many Central London site seeing locations. The hotel is close to both Leicester Square & Charing Cross tube stations and key bus routes, it is well presented to the street with a pub, Sainsbury’s and Pret all adjacent. The check-in process was simple and staff were friendly and helpful and although formal check-in time was 3pm we were offered a room as soon as we arrived at 10:30. The hotel general areas were all clean, tidy and well maintained. The hotel room was very modern with quality fixtures and fittings, there were quality tea and coffee plus fridge stocked with free water & Coca Cola and snacks. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable with high quality bedding, a theme throughout the room and bathroom including soaps, shampoo, conditioner , hand cream and even free dental packs. Although the hotel does not have a general breakfast restaurant, the reception area contained a coffee shop offering drinks and savouries together with hot breakfast items all payable locally. Additionally the Kitty Hawk rooftop restaurant offers city views and more formal dining options. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Central London and look forward to visiting again in the future."

"We stayed in room 922, while a lovely spacious quiet room, there were a few issues. Green flashing light above bed, which goes off all through the night. Asked reception 3 times to sort, eventually they covered this. The access door to the room, whenever opened it made a air sooking noise that we could hear - staff/guests opened this door for no reason. It would be good if a sign was on saying no access etc. We had to ask for the tea/coffee/milk to be replenished as it was not done so routinely. Great location, shame we had a few issues."
