“Great hotel in Canary Wharf”
A friendly, convenient, comfortable hotel with large rooms.
“Great International Hotel”
Great hotel, with close/easy walk to Bars, Cafes, Bistros, Canary Wharf Underground, DLR. Beautiful views of the wharf area. Will definitely stay again in future trips.
“This hotel is a joke!!, definitely not a four star!!!!”
Although this hotel is in a nice business location, it doesn't have any 4 star quality. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days with malfunctioned A/C, stuffy room, soaked carpet and bad wireless connectivity. I was forced to do two important webex meetings at the lobby of the hotel becasue of bad internet connectivity at the sixth floor. The hotel staffs are not friendly, I am really disappointed . I can never recommend this hotel to anybody. This hotel shoul have just 1 star rating!!!!!.
“MD traveler”
The hotel is a bit dated and so is the decor and the rooms. The beds are a nightmare and are full of busted springs. My room was spacious and the decor was very old. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in a part of london that is up and coming. The shops around the hotel are great and plenty of places to eat. The underground is a a minute walk away and 10 minute ride on the underground to the city center.
“Good place and good price for business trips...”
This Hotel is close to the tube and DLR station which makes it valuable for transportation. Facilities are fine, maybe small if compared with US rooms but, good for the price being close to Central London. WI-Fi internet acces free is a plus!. If you are travelling for business, this is an excellent choice.
“Excelent”
Very good.. everything!
“Wonderful service, spacious room”
The hotel and staff were great; service exceeded my expectations, and our room was huge. Would definitely go back.
“Great value with easy access to central London”
I booked this hotel with a great price deal from Expedia and it was worth every penny! It's really easy to get into central London where all of the tourist sites are and the business-oriented area in which the hotel is located is clean, safe, and has lots of restaurants and shops around. It's quite close to the Canary Wharf tube station (probably about a five minute walk). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and adequately spacious with modern amenities. Perhaps it's not really a four star hotel, but it's got everything you need for a steal. I would recommend it!
“Good value for the price”
The hotel is not a 4 star. It's 2 or 3. The rooms are kind of "old style" but furniture should not be falling apart when I lean against my bed or try to open the drawer and a knob stays in my hand. Otherwise it was great and Natacha got me an upgrade so that I can have all the things I needed. It's conveniently located, 10 minutes walk from the Tube and the conference I was attending. Would not recommend eating there. Breakfast was cold and grayish and eating and paying will make you late for your appointments.
“Good for canary warf business travelers”
The hotel was in a very convenient location as I was working for a few weeks in Canary Warf. Expedia's info didn't mention that WiFi was free (or at least I didnt find it) but very slow. Furniture in the room was very dated and the window in my room looked like it was broken and instead of being fixed, they just screwed the window into the frame. This meant I could not open the window in my room. This was uncomfortable because the heat only had two settings: boiling and off.
