“St Giles Heathrow”
This hotel was excellent value for money for a short stay. The only complaint was that the air-conditioning units were fairly useless. The restaurant was not used. Public transport links were excellent.
“Fine Airport Hotel”
We stayed here after a whirlwind trip to London and Paris during a heatwave. The St Giles was very welcome because it was air conditioned, had comfortable beds, and an excellent restaurant. The hotel is about 10 minutes by cab from Heathrow, 2 miles from the nearest Tube station, and literally adjacent to the Feltham train station. The downtown area of Feltham is a short walk and has several shops, pubs, and even a casino. My only complaint was that I was given two rooms in a row that were already occupied. In addition, in the morning, even the though our rooms were prepaid, we were billed again. We worked it out, but their accounting system has a few glitches. All in all, a pleasant stay that allowed us to get some much needed rest before our long flight back to Arizona. We would definitely stay here again.

A modern hotel close to Heathrow. Large rooms, efficient service, quiet. Excellent Italian-style restaurant, open until 10:30. A nice surprise.

The hotel was convienient for a short term layover at heathrow, away from airport noise. only complaints was lack of bell boys to help with luggage.

There are certainly closer places to the airport for more money but our room was cheap, clean, and decent if you just need a quick place to stay. We had an 8 AM flight out of H'row so we caught the #285 bus across the street and down to the left, and the bus trip took ~25 minutes (sounds long but it's not bad after all of the stops). I would definitely stay here again. FYI - Extra towels are in the cabinet, and to drain the sinks and tub, you have to push the drain cover on one side. If you want a shuttle to H'row, you have reserve it with the concierge desk. The bus ride to H'row was 1.5 British pound(s) per person.
“Everything we were looking for.”
My husband and I were in London for a 1-night layover. I booked this hotel through Expedia and was hoping for the best. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. It is modern and well priced. The hotel staff directed us to a great pub down the street where we had a great dinner at a very low price. All we wanted was a clean room to sleep in for the night and we got so much more. We took the bus from the airport, the ride lasted maybe 15 minutes and dropped us off right in front of the hotel. For a young couple on a budget, this hotel was more than we could have hoped for. We would definitely book again.
“nice enough”
We were only there for 24 hrs and it suited our needs. Took the train to the tube and hung out in London for the evening. In the AM took the bus to Heathrow. It was a good location for what we needed.
“Great overnite stay for us - close to Rail & Airport”
Location was extremely important - it was so close to Feltham rail & Heathrow airport. Caught local bus from airport to Feltham with ease (even with luggage). Late evening arrival Concierge & reception couldn't have been of more help. Room was clean & very good size - compared favourably to those at home & of a reasonable standard. Bed very comfortable - after long flight & so very tired. Hot shower - what else could you want.. unfortunately didnt get to try out the meals as we ate whilst traveling. Ease to rail next morning was brilliant... staying here helped the trip off to a great start - as it was what we expected Thank you.
