“Novotel is Niceotel”

Very new, clean, modern, minimalist. Perfect location for catching trains or 4 tube lines, Heathrow Express as well. Comfortable rooms. Many very nice restaurants nearby. A bit hard to find. Only real negative was the internet charge, very expensive in England in my experience.

“novotel London paddington”

The front desk staff tried to raise my room rate on arrival despite having booked through expedia. They very reluctantly provided me with enough towels for my group and argued with me that we had used the minibar which was untrue. The internet should be available for free. The hairdryer is tied to the desk so it disturbs the rest of your family when you use it. The bathroom door is opaque and shines light into the entire room- no privacy. I will not stay there again.

“Will stay again”

This is an excellent, quiet and modern business hotel in a very practical location for a weekend in London. The hotel is extremely clean with a very helpful staff. The only meals were taken at breakfast and they were fine.

“Good experience”

The Novotel London Paddington provided a great start to my latest London stay. The position would not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. The hotel can be reached on foot from the rear of Paddington station so you can hop off the Heathrow Express or Connect and walk about 5-7 minutes from the rear of platform 8/9. There are 3 steps, otherwise ramps. The hotel is in a new office complex on the canals and a foot bridge gives easy access to Little Venice and Warwick Avenue tube station - more convenient for me, and less crowded, than Paddington tube. Knowing the area was a definite advantage. There is a Sainsburys store and a Pret a Manager in the complex plus a couple of restaurants and bars. Some people may find it a bit isolated at night, but I felt safe at all times., The hotel was well occupied but very quiet in terms of people-noise. It is adjacent to the West Way so there is traffic noise if you like an open window. Room was clean, bright and spacious for London though the shower could have been hotter! Staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good. If you want to be close to Paddington Station or Little Venice it is a great location, also if you have meetings nearby. If you want night life or shops at your door, go elsewhere. I would return at any time.

“It was a good choice”

It was very clean and organised. It's very close to central London. Breakfast has to be taken, it was open buffet, excellent. Hotel was so closed to Paddington station that you can use whether bus or metro to arrive central London. We were very happy to choose that hotel, we extremly recommend it.

Londo Zoo, you must see.

Dining

Busaba Eathai just write in Google and find the pleace next to you in London. It's a really different dining experience which you have to live with delicious foods.

Events and shows

You should buy a ticket of that shows which ever you want to see.

“Hard to find bu worth it”

The address of the hotel was not easily found on our A-Z map as it is within a complex of new office buildings. We had to ask a cab driver how to get to the hotel on foot from Paddington Station. The hotel itself was very comfortable with two computers in the lobby that can be used for free for 20 minutes.

“Fantastic Novotel Paddington”

The room we were given, 1020, was excellent with every amenity and with a very comfortable bed This hotel is obviously very new and had a funky feel and look. I loved that there were computers in the lobby for guests use, which was fantastic for things like pre-flight on line check-in and tourist info. Breakfast was really good, with lots of choices, from Continental to fresh fruit, and a good selection of hot foods such as eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. The location of the hotel was also a huge bonus, as we arrived at Paddington station and the hotel was within walking distance, even with our suitcases, and was clearly signposted. There were also some good eating places close to the hotel, in particular a lovely restaurant called Zizzi, and also a Sainsbury's local where we were able to purchase a quick easy meal prior to our departure. I will be recommending this hotel to all! Thanks again Novotel Paddington.

“Very Impressed, will stay there again next time i visit london”

it is a great hotel for the price. Good location, rooms were good enough. Breakfast buffet was great. Service overall was very impressive. I will certainly consider to stay there again next time i visit london.

“Very new ,modern and contemporary”

Location was great, very close to Paddington Station. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Didn't stay long enough to use any facilities. Looking forward to visit London again and sure will stay in Novotel in Paddington again.

“Paddy”

Great hotel, good value..next door to Paddington sation (about a 10-15 minute walk). Rooms are very nice, as is lobby abd bar. No places to eat nearby though, one or two pub style restaurants. Hotel calls cabs fo you, 10 minute wait. all in all a great value.
