Limited late dining options. I highly suggest using the valet, I parked in the pay lot next door and my car was broken into.

Our whole purpose for staying was a family day getaway to an hotel with a nice indoor pool. Pool area was gross. Built up grime in the front corner by the hot tub and some possible leak led to a really dirty wet area the kids weren’t allowed to go through. Hot tub was non existent, pool was freezing. Lounge area needed a deep clean. Overall no value for money, would have preferred the lamplighter.

Staff were amazing. Great check-in. Rooms were recently upgraded. Cute little gym which was well equipped. Shout out to Mary or Maria at the front desk who was great with whatever we needed. Well stocked lounge. Have been before when in London and will definitely return!! Amazing views.

The hotel has a unique historic feel but still has all the upscale amenities we appreciate. The only negative was the absence of a hot tub.

We enjoyed our staff.although it is an older hotel, our room was very nice and spacious. It is located nice and close to Budweiser venue so we were able to walk to our event. We were also able to walk to the outdoor skating rink and market which was very nice. Although we didnt have time for the brunch buffet...it was huge and looked amazing.

Parking was a mess Charged $40 for valet but we got a ticket from the city even though the hotel told us to park on the street and they’d find our vehicle When we complained instead of taking care of it they pointed to the third party to handle.
