“Small but OK”

The room was very small but more than adequate. The bed comfy.

“Good for Covent Garden/Theater land.”

When we arrived, there were changing beds. Old ones out, new ones in so the reception was a bit of a mess. Good news about the refurbished beds though. The room (302) was a little small although it did serve a purpose. We were just looking for somewhere to clean up and then lay our heads. There were a few little things in the room that needed sorting, like the TV didn't stay tuned in. Not really a problem for us because we were only there for one night but it would have been nice to watch the news at least. There was also no rubbish bin in the bedroom, only in the shower-room, which was a little annoying. The bed itself was a little on the small size for a double, possible a 3/4, and as I was on the outside it did seen to want to roll me off the bed. The breakfast was good and all the staff were helpful, courteous and polite. The location was good. Only a 15 minute stroll to Covent Garden/ theater land and apart from the few little things I would stay here again. Recommended.

“OK for London”

Room clean and decently furnished, but minuscule. Very expensive for what it is but presumably this is to be expected in central London.

“Not Impressed”

Very noisy if based in room that looks out onto the street. Room was extremely small. Equipment in the room faulty.

“No, no, no...”

Very small room. Very small bad for double room. No second pillow. No taxi service. No, no, no...

“Horrible, never book at Hotel Cavendish”

The room was really dirty, the telephone was not working, the tv was not working, the room size would not fit my bag! There is no room service, no minibar. Do NOT stay in this hotel. I've tried to talk to the hotel manager three days in a row and he was never found. It should be rated 1 star. Do NOT stay in this hotel. They try to make a fool of you because the hotel name is almost the same as "The Cavendish" which is a good hotel. Do NOT stay in this hotel.
