Hotels is closed
This hotel is closed so please dont book here, we arrived and it was shut down.
However, Hotels.com sorted it out for us in the end and got us a different hotel instead. Am also hoping they remove the hotel from their site. Although we had to stay at 2 different hotels due to availability, I am always pleased with hotels.com customer service and happy but dissappinted because its the second time weve had an issue. The last time we booked (different hotel) the hotel was overbooked when we got there but hotels.com also sorted that out for us too so I will definitely book with them again even though these bad experiences (probly not a usual occurance) just because I know how good they are at sorting the problem out, its annoying what happened but knowing they will do anything to fix the problem means i wont hesitate to book with them again but next time I will still book through hotels.com but will phone ahead direct to the hotel to make sure they definately exist and have a room for us. It takes quite a while to sort out problems on the phone with them but they get it done and always nice staff
