Amazing location, lots of space with a nice garden. Lots of beds and bathrooms. Large dining table and living room. Well equiped kitchen with a good stove and oven. Would recommend the day boat trip to the Cinque Terre, a walk to the beach in Bonassola and the fish restaurant at the corner...

Very characterful large apartment a very short walk away from a bustling town and a great beach
This appartment is fascinating. It must have been built in the 1920s or 1930s in an art deco style, with some of the original features of that period still there: amazing marble floors, an art deco mirror in the hallway, ceiling pendants, old artefacts molded into the wall outside the main entrance to the appartment and an art deco bannister to the stairs leading to the appartment. The appartment also retains the original layout with a separate entrance (locked) for the kitchen and a bedroom beside it, presumably for a live-in made, with the main entrance opening into the hallway and magnificent main room and then large bedrooms. These mean that the appartment retains some of its original 1920s elegance, with a magnificent balcony over the private courtyard at the front, a private garden accessible, and high ceilings and thick walls that kept the temperature in the appartment down during a heatwave. The appartment's location is also great. It's quiet but a very short walk from the bustling town centre of Levanto and the beach. The station is also a 15-minute walk away, with easy access to the Chinque Terre and Pisa beyond that. The appartment also has lots of space. We visited as a family of five and there was more than enough room for more people than that. We had a great stay - thank you!

Geweldige locatie in prachtig dorp
Wat een prachtige locatie voor een verblijf in Levanto! Een mooie centrale plek in een fijn dorp. Met een groot gezin is dit perfect. Wat fijn, we komen weer!

Beautiful apartment
Wery well located in Levanto. You can easily walk the beach, shopping and good restaurants around the corner. 10 min walk to the railway station. The appointment is in wonderful Italian style with a lot of space. Big living room with beautiful furniture, four good bedrooms, three well working bathrooms. The kitchen is a bit used and could be more modern, but all works well. We enjoyed our holiday :)

Excellent location apartment in need of maintanence
The apartment is located in the historic centre of lovely Levanto very close to the beautiful beach. Stores and restaurants are nearby. Although the owner was nice and rapidly answered our messages, the caretaker never answered our phonecalls and the people giving us the keys knew nothing about the apartment.The apartment is spacious and the bedrooms were clean . The bathrooms were not clean though and are in severe need for restoration. The sitting area outside the bedroom was occupied by broken outdoor furniture and the one next to the kitchen was overgrown and occupied by the neighbours garbish. The Bell tower located next to the house sounds every 15 minutes so bring earplugs if you have sensitive sleep. We would love to come back to Levanto but would then look for another apartment.

Lovely apartment,lovely town.
The apartment in Levanto was lovely and cool in the heat of the day,kitchen very well equipped and Levanto was a perfect town to spend a week in.To be staying only a few minutes from the shady square,from the beach and from good restaurants and shops was a pleasure.My family and I would recommend this place.

Wow, what an awesome place
We loved this very large apartment tucked right in the historic area of Levanto. The bedrooms were large with plenty of large windows to catch the evening breeze. We enjoyed the large living area space as well as a huge table for sharing meals and playing games. Very close by were grocery stores, bakeries, and many restaurants. Levanto is a beautiful community, the train station is close by that grant you access to all the communities in the Cinque Terre national park.

Family vacation
Great location and lots of space. Close to beach and wonderful park. It would be good for a family, but it did not suit unrelated couples. Entry keys were frustrating; finally figured them out the last day.

Great location with plenty of space.
Our group of two families including 4 adults and 6 children (6,7,9,10,11,11) stayed here for 10 days. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. We had coffee on the patio attached to the kitchen every morning and wine on the balcony each evening. The views of the city and surrounding hills are mesmerizing. The exterior walls of the apartment are original castle walls that the kids (and I) totally got a kick out of. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, far closer than we anticipated. We spent a good amount of time on the public beaches which were plenty spacious enough for our group. The biggest drawback is the small kitchen, but that is the case with most Italian kitchens. The bedrooms, living room and bathrooms are quite spacious. We walked to the Cinque Terre trail that leads to Monterosso within 10 minutes from the apartment. The walk to and from the train station is also quite manageable and we did it several times. If you're looking for a spacious apartment with access to public transportation and lots of outdoor activities, this is a perfect place to stay.

Wonderfull place in historic environment
We enjoyed our stay in this spacious apartment with lovely garden adjacent to the medieval wall. A quiet place while you are in the middle of Levanto. It is well equiped even if you stay with a large group. We really loved to be there, but a few things should be replaced or repaired. Instructions about the heating, warm water and working of the tv would be helpfull. The only minus was that there was no wifi.

Les plus: - OK pour 2 familles (4 adultes, 5 enfants) - Les espaces sont grands on ne se marche pas dessus - Localisation au top, 10mins de la gare à pied, les bars/restau/commerce/Centre ville/plage au pied de l'appartement Les moins: - propreté OK mais pas 100% clean, ça passe pour la semaine de vacance - validez bien le nombre de personnes, seulement 6 lits de faits sur 8, nous avons reçu le reste des draps le lendemain - procédure d'arrivée gérée par un concierge qui ne parle que Italien - prenez RDV pour la procédure d'arrivée car nous avons attendu 1h que le concierge arrive - validez l'heure du checkout ! C'était indiqué 11h sur le PDF d'instruction mais le concierge a débarqué à 10h (il nous a heureusement laissé jusqu'à 11h pour partir)

Très bon emplacement, logement simple et spacieux
Logement parfait pour une famille ou des amis avec des enfants. Proximité avec le village, les enfants peuvent aller à pied au parc ou à la plage sans risque. La maison est spacieuse, et elle ne craint pas trop pour ce qui est des objets ou de la propreté ce qui est rassurant lorsqu'on vient avec beaucoup d'enfants. Le jardin à hauteur d'une des chambres est très apaisant, le balcon est très spacieux et a une belle vue. Très bonne location et très bon esprit des gérants. Merci encore.

Spacieux et agréable !
Appartement très propre , très bien placé , proche du centre ville , de la gare et de la plage . On peut tout faire sans voiture ! Seul bémol qui a dérangé mes amis le clocher sonne tous les quarts d’heure . (Jour et nuit) Très bonne communication avec l’hôte et très bon accueil. Je recommande ! La décoration est vieillotte mais fait partie du charme de l’appartement ! On s’y sent bien. Très bien chauffé !

L appartement est très bien situé et très vaste Malheureusement, il aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et n était pas très propre. Le depart a été compliqué car la personne qui devait nous ouvrir le portail pour charger la voiture n a jamais répondu à nos appels. Nous avons du nous débrouiller seuls avec l aide d un locataire, après avoir contacté le gérant.

Great for holidays at the beach
Great, old family home, ideally suited for a multigenerational holiday at the beach. Amenities are simple but functional: kitchen well furnished and washing machine, hob and dishwasher are excellent. Furniture iin the living is on the edge of tatty, but the bed are excellent. The terrace, balcony and garden are excellent. The location in the picturesque old part of the borgo but only three minutes walking from beach and shops is absolutely awesome.

Geräumig und charmant
Tolle Lage des Appartments, sehr geräumig und groß, und Zugang zu einem sehr schönen Garten. Alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dadurch eben auch viel Charme. Einige Reparaturen stehen an ; ) Die Kommunikation mit Giancarlo war sehr freundlich.

Cet appartement est hyper bien situé à la fois pour profiter de Levanto (plage, commerces, services) et pour visiter les 5T (trains fréquents). de plus sa superficie est très appréciable. Dommage qu'il soit vieillissant (huisseries, déco, salles de bain), mais pour un court séjour on passe outre ce manque de confort.

Un emplacement idéal dans Levanto pour cet appartement.
Un appartement spacieux, idéal pour sa proximité avec la mer et les commerces mais aussi pour sa position dans une petite rue piétonne. Peu de bruit de vie nocturne. Rapport qualité prix remarquable. A perfect place to stay for two familjs. A very good location in Levanto. Very spacious, and nice with the balcony and garden. We liked the old furniture and that it wasn’t perfectly renovated. The picture don’t do it justice. We really liked the church bells that rang every 15 minutes. There were just some minor things like that we didn’t have an iron, there weren’t any wine glasses (or just one). But we had a wonderful stay in Levanto and would absolutely recommend this apartment,

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, lo spazio della sala da pranzo era davvero tanto. Vicinissimi al parco giochi e il centro e al mare. Lavatrice in casa e asciugatrice grande. Unica piccola pecca era la pressione dell'acqua che era un po' sotto alla richiesta di tutte le due docce. Il parcheggio dell'auto è a 5 min a piedi dalla casa, ma una volta parcheggiato si può noleggiare bici e o andare a piedi.

L'appartamento è grandissimo e con molti spazi esterni (poggiolo, terrazza privata e giardino condominiale). Molto vicina alle spiagge e al centro. I referenti molto disponibili (mi hanno risposto anche quando erano in vacanza...) e gentili anche con i bambini. Unica pecca non era molto pulito l'appartamento, ma piccolo neo in un contesto praticamente perfetto.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Sie ist etwas rustikal, aber sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und die FeWo ist in Gehweite zum Starnd, Restaurants und Geschäften.

tolles Apartment
wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und der Garten wunderschön. die Kichenuhr ist etwas laut, aber es war ok. die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und die Kommunikation war wirklich top. vielen Dank Giancarlo, wir kommen gerne wieder.

A good place to stay
We read the reviews of this place before booking and were wondering what we'll find, as the reviews are pretty diverging. In the end, all (most) of the reviews are correct but they just weighted different aspects differently. We stayed 2 weeks. The apartment is really big with plenty of space for two families. There are three options to be outside: a small terrace behind the kitchen (didn't use that), a balcony (perfect in the morning/evening), and a really nice & big garden with big trees giving good and cool shade. We really enjoyed the apartment. It's located 2min by foot to the main square and 4min to the closest beach. The 6km bike/pedestrian path along the coast is super cool. If you're picky about cleanliness then this place is not for you. It's clean but not very clean. It certainly was plenty clean for us. The only thing bothering some of us where the stuffy mattresses. The church bells do ring close by. Didn't bother us. Giancarlo was very helpful and responsive. The local guy handing over the keys was also helpful; although timeliness to the second was not his forte (nor was it ours). We'd definitly come again.

appartement spacieux et bien situé
l'appartement est grand et situé au coeur du Levanto a deux pas de la mer ce qui est très appréciable la décoration est d'époque (anciennes couvertures pour les lits qui ne donne pas très envie d’être utilisées ,vaisselles qui a beaucoup servie et les sols ne sont pas très propres) les lits sont confortables et il y a un joli balcon Pour cet appartement il manque juste un bon nettoyage complet et un changement d'ustensiles de cuisine Problème appartement pour 10 personnes et 1 seule place de stationnement dans le garage sinon parking payant dans toute la ville et très coûteux

Schöne, grosse Wohnung an super Lage. Leider nicht sehr sauber, einiges ist kaputt oder fehlt. Alter Geschirrspüler. Einer von 4 Schlüsseln geht nicht. Fehlende Glühbirnen. Keine Instruktion zur Abfallentsorgung. Wenig Licht im Wohnraum. Wolldecken für Betten alt und muffig.

- belle capacité, grand volume salle à manger, salon, mais : - lave-vaisselle en panne dès l'arrivée, communication quasi inexistante avec la personne qui nous a montré l'appartement. " le technicien vient de La Specia et passera dans 2 ou 3 jours". nous n'avons vu personne. - le ménage n'était fait que succinctement : - rideau de douche très sale, poussière sous les lits, toiles d'araignée sur les plafonds ..... - 4 clefs mais seulement 2 qui fonctionnent après plusieurs essais. - l'électricité doit être à refaire, 8 ampoules grillées, plafonniers de la salle munis d'une ampoule au lieu de 2 d'où pénombre le soir. prises de courant trafiquées. - assiettes, bols, verres hétéroclites et très vieillots . - salle de bain ne fermant pas à clef.

Leider sehr siffige Ferienwohnung! Zwar großzügig geschnitten, doch alles extrem ungepflegt und stinkend: Entspricht nicht mehr den Bildern! Nur ein einziger Parkplatz, obwohl in der Beschreibung von mehreren Parkplätzen die Rede war. Trotz kleiner Kinder lange vor Ort auf die Schlüssel gewartet, obwohl eine Stunde vor Ankunft angerufen. Schlüssel funktionierten nur teilweise für das Tor zum Hof und auch zum Abschließen der Wohnung. Haben mit der befreundeten Familie die Lage genossen, aber nicht wegen der Wohnung. Toller Strand, tolle Stadt!
