"1. Why doesn’t your staff refill items at breakfast? Each day at least one or 2 items would be empty and staff would take their own sweet time in replacing them or saying that they would not replace at all. It seemed more out of laziness than anything else. 2. Even after requesting room clean up the person did not arrive at the agreed time and front desk had no clue when they would be able to come 3. No kettle in the room and very old equipment"

"The room was large and bed was very comfortable. The room could have benefited with more lighting in the door area near the mirror and bathroom lighting was not good as well. Had to unplug and re plug all our electronics in the wall since the outlet was on the alarm clock. Waking the baby up ever 15 min. I’m so exhausted and i have a 6 hour drive. I messaged the property about it prior to check out but they never responded"
