"We had an overnight stay before an early am flight. We cannot say enough good things about this hotel! From our first minutes on the airport shuttle ( on time actually) we were treated like VIPs… the shuttle bus had some mechanical issues and it so happened Kandi ( the front end manager) and her associate were in the bus as well. They were very professional and calm; explaining the situation and preparing to arrange taxis for us to get to the hotel. Once we arrived, the hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfy and the bathroom was amazing in size and amenities. We decided not to eat in the buffet (approximately 35 euros per adult for an all you can eat buffet that looked delicious!) but chose instead for a lighter snack in the cafe. The service and food were top notch! The airport shuttle both coming and going was punctual and efficient. If we ever have reason to have a layover in Amsterdam, maybe first choice would be this hotel… it was an amazing value and of the highest caliber! Thank you again Kandi- you were awesome!"
